Tranquil break

Gorgeous Hideaway

Large spacious accommodation which is fully equipped with private beautiful garden. Lovely location. We had a wonderful stay and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. The pool was fab for those very hot days. Our dogs were welcomed. We will be returning for sure! Thank you Annie

Un séjour au Top !

Un accueil chaleureux, Annie est une hôte généreuse et trés disponible. Quoiqu'un peu loin du centre, la villa est superbe, bien distribuée, bien équipée, le terrain arboré au top pour se reposer au son de la nature et une belle piscine d'un bleu azur ! Un bon "cocktail" pour passer un merveilleux moment.

Annie est une merveilleuse hôte très accueillante et bienveillante. La maison est très agréable (intérieur comme extérieur) et bien située à la fois au calme et proche de tout (centre ville 15 minutes à pieds, centres commerciaux à 5 minutes en voiture). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location 😊

Eté en Provence...

Bon séjour dans la propriété, au calme de Solliès-Ville. Elle est située au fond d'une impasse, donc pas de passage. Elle est à flanc de colline, avec une vue sur la vallée et des arbres, donnant une belle impression d'espace. La maison est grande, bien climatisée et agréable malgré les fortes chaleurs de cet été. Les oliviers du jardin et la terrasse ombragée permettent de se protéger, et la piscine de se rafraîchir et jouer. La maison possède le confort attendu et Annie notre hôte est disponible pour toute requête si besoin. Après chaque locataire, elle prend les remarques pour que les prochains séjours soient encore meilleurs. En ce qui concerne la localisation, le centre de Solliès-Pont est à moins de 15 minutes à pied avec les petits commerces. Toulon et Hyères sont à 20 minutes en voiture (selon la circulation bien sûr).

Séjour à Sollies

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison à Sollies. La maison est bien entretenue et la localisation est au calme. Point négatif : la maison n’est pas climatisée, ce sont 2 Clim portatives qui font du bruit à l’utilisation et ne rafraîchissent pas la pièce comme une vraie Clim. Proximité mitoyenne avec la propriétaire avec un important vis à vis sur le jardin ce qui peut être dérangeant pour certain. Annie est très agréable et dévouée Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances !

Les climatisations réversibles ont été installées en mars 2022. Concernant le vis-à-vis, la villa est tout de même sur 1500m2 et la végétation qui coupe la vue (troènes, lauriers roses) avait été taillée en début d'été (ce que nous ne referons pas à cette période en 2022).
