The property is as described and shown in photographs. Very well equipped for a fantastic holiday and all local amenities and transport links within easy reach. Could not recommend more highly.

Nice vacation.

We found the house super, it was clean and everything is provided that you need for a holiday. A minus point is the location in Bringnoles, there is little to do, limited to restaurants and / or taverns and cafes. But still consider booking back next year.

The property was as advertized. It was very clean and everything was in working order. The location is good with a great view of the town of Brignoles and the surrounding hills and mountains. It make for a good homebase, with easy access to the A8 autoroute and departmental roads as well. We were there for three weeks and made two sidetrips. A four day/3 nights trip to Arles, Nîmes, Pont du Gard, Orange, Chateauneuf du Pape and Avignon. Our second was a three day/2 nights trip to the Côte d’Azur. The pool is nice to look at, unfortunately it isn’t heated, although we understand that as owners we would be hesitant to provide this as well. Some residents would probably leave the heater on, resulting in important expenses for the owner. Better quality pillows would be appreciated as well. We did not meet the property caretakers, but they were easy to reach and returned our messages promptly. We highly recommend this house.

Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire très positif. Nous ne chauffons effectivement pas la piscine pour des raisons environnementales car très consommateur d'énergie. Nous devrions aussi augmenter nos tarifs dans ce cas. Nous trouvons la note de 8/10 un peu basse au regard des prestations proposées.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige huis. Volop genoten van het privé zwembad en gebruik kunnen maken van een zeer complete inventaris. Het huis is ruim en schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het contact met de huiseigenaren was zeer prettig. Kortom een erg fijne vakantie gehad en we kijken er naar uit om weer eens terug te komen.

Aufenthalt in Brignoles

Schickes Haus mit guter Lage, Blick auf das Tal und tollem Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus haben wir sauber übernommen und die Ausstattung lässt für uns keine Wünsche übrig. Die Schlafzimmer und das kombinierte Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche sind mit Klimaanlagen und elektrischen Rollläden ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der beauftragten Verwaltung vor Ort war prima. Es gibt Supermärkte und Bäckereien, die innerhalb von wenigen Autominuten erreichbar sind. Vor Ort waren wir nicht außer Haus essen, daher können wir die Restaurants nicht beurteilen. Die Pflanzen sind heute entgegen den Bildern inzwischen etwas gewachsen, die Fotos könnten schon etwas her sein. Die Innenaufnahmen passen mit dem aktuellen Stand. Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus und kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Herrn Ledig und die Betreuung durch GDBS vor Ort.

Prachtige woning, alles aanwezig en meer. Mooi uitzicht , goed zwembad (water is momenteel aan de frisse kan). Goede ontvangst en communicatie. Enig minpuntje is het 2 persoonsbed. Dat is een twijfelaar en dus aan de kleine kant voor wat langere en grotere mensen. (Ik dus) Maar al met al zou ik zo weer teruggaan naar deze villa.

Geweldig, compleet en superschoon vakantiehuis

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van uw vakantiehuis. Alles was aanwezig, het huis was super schoon en uw agent erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was werkelijk niets aan te merken en alleen maar complimenten! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad aan het zwembad, iedere avond lekker gegeten van de bbq en ons erg thuis gevoeld in uw huis. Bedankt voor uw vertrouwen en gastvrijheid.

Das Haus und Grundstück sind schön gelegen mit Ausblick auf Brignoles und Umgebung. Pool und Terrasse sind traumhaft schön und die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche, Klimaanlage, Rolladen an den Fenstern. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, schöne Lage, schöne Region

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Herrn Ledig sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle nötigen Utensilien zum Leben und Kochen sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit einem aktiven Lüftungssystem ausgestattet, so dass man immer frische Luft hat, keine Gerüche, kein stickiges Raumklima. Zudem trägt die Klimaanlage an heißen Tagen zu einer angenehmen Temperierung bei. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang, so dass man einen tollen Ausblick über das Tal hat und die untergehende Abendsonne genießen kann. Bis auf einen Nachbarn, dessen Grundstück angrenzt, ist das Gelände gut vor Einblicken geschützt. Für diesen Nachbarn selbst ist es aber hinter seinem Haus, so dass er selten zu sehen ist. Der Pool ist groß genug, um ihn regelmäßig zur Abkühlung zu benutzen und ein paar kleine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Er ist sehr sauber und wird wöchentlich überprüft und gereinigt. Das Personal des damit betrauten Verwalters ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Toll ist auch der zur Verfügung stehende 3-Flammen-Gasgrill von Campinggaz, mit dem man den vor Ort erworbenen frischen Fisch super grillen kann. Die Selbstversorgung vor Ort ist gut möglich, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, auch zwei Bio-Supermärkte, mehrere Bäckereien/Pastisserien. Brignoles selbst ist nicht herauszuheben, man kann in der überschaubaren Fußgängerzone in ein paar Bistro-Restaurant und Café-Bars gehen. Also kein Ort für abendliches Bummeln. Dafür war die Lage für uns als aktive Menschen geradezu ideal, Berge und Meer.

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans ce superbe gîte ! Avec une famille de 4 enfants de 7 à 14 ans. Rien ne manque , tout est en bon état et très propre ! Terrasse très agréable. Sa localisation permet de rayonner du verdon à la côte. Nous recommendons !

Merci pour nous avoir accepté dans votre maison de vacances. Nous l'avons retrouvé très propre et complet avec tous qu'il faut pour nous accueillir pendant 2 semaines. L'accueille par l'agence responsable était très professionel mais en plus avec un contact très sympathique et spontané. Nous avons réussi a nous reposer, nous avons trouvé la calme et le privé dans une région très agréable avec possibilité d'aller voir des choses. De plus en plus nous avons aimé la ville de Brignoles où il est clair que la commune n'hésite pas à investir pour les habitants... et où nous avons trouvé un restaurant très agréable, savoireux et confortable :-). Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist am Hang gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man braucht. Schöne überdachte Terrasse, schöner Pool( war uns jetzt im September zu kalt) und schöner Blick auf Brignoles. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hier kann man es gut aushalten und sich erholen. Nur Brignoles hat uns nicht gefallen, hat offenbar bessere Zeiten erlebt. Viele Geschäfte sind geschlossen und es gibt kaum Restaurants, die offen hatten. Eher Imbissbuden. Daher sind wir abends in andere Orte gefahren oder haben selbst gekocht.

Het huisje is heel goed uitgerust en ligt vrij centraal om leuke uitstappen te maken met de auto. Het enige minpuntje is dat het zwembad niet verwarmd is en de temperatuur van het water bij ons bezoek begin september slechts 19 graden bedroeg (dagtemperatuur 26 tot 32 graden), wat veeeeel te koud is om te zwemmen. Vooral voor onze dochter van 5 was dit bijzonder jammer...

Bonjour et merci pour votre appréciation. La température de la piscine de 19° ne me semble pas correcte car l'eau est déjà à 21 ° en mai avec des températures extérieures plus faibles. Le problème est que les locataires ne mettent pas la bâche à bulle pour la nuit et la température baisse forcément.

Traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus besticht durch seine ruhige, landschaftlich schöne Lage am Rande von Brignoles. Man hat von der Terasse einen wunderbaren Blick auf die grünen Hügel der Provence sowie die Altstadt von Brignoles. Der Pool reicht zum abkühlen und ein paar Schwimmzüge vollkommen aus. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Leistung des Verwalters, der einen etwas unorganisierten Eindruck beim Ein- und Auschecken hinterlassen hat. Die wechselnden Ansprechpartner waren zwar bemüht, hinterließen aber teilweise einen überforderten Eindruck. Insgesamt hat aber alles geklappt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

1 semaine à Brignoles

Rien à redire sur la villa et l'accueil. Par contre nous avons dû subir et c'est évidemment temporaire les nuisances sonores d'un immeuble en construction tous les jours de 08 à 17h. Pour ce qui est de Brignoles la ville n'est pas terrible mais c'est un point de départ pour visiter les alentours (voiture indispensable).

Bonjour et merci pour votre appréciation. Nous ne sommes effectivement pas responsables des travaux. Le centre de Brignoles reste quand même sympathique et il y a énormément d'activité à faire aux alentours, plus ou moins loin. Nous aurions préféré un 4* au lieu de 3 car les prestations de la villa sont à la hauteur.
