About this property

75m² village house in the heart of Provence

At the heart of the Provencal village of Signes, you will have the 1st floor of our house completely independent with free access to the garden which has a swimming pool. Very quiet, 75m ² completely renovated with a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
You benefit from 7 beds, a bed of 160 cm, two beds of 140 cm, one of 90 cm.

Fully equipped:
washing machine, TV, oven, microwave, dishwasher, barbecue and wifi.

Being located in the village at the foot of the Sainte Baume, you get all the amenities and activities it offers throughout the summer and bowling in about twenty meters.
Paragliding center in the village. Tree climbing, trout fishing, riding school, clay pigeon shooting, paintball and nearby wine cellars.
Amusement parks nearby:
- OK CORAL
- AQUALAND


Possibility of walking or cycling from the house.
Ideal for nature lovers wishing to visit Provence and enjoy the seaside resorts of Cassis (creeks), Lecques, Bandol, Sanary (about 30km)
The circuit of Castellet (Paul Ricard) is about ten km. Ideal to enjoy the golden bowl or the grand prix for example.

The accommodation is classified furnished with tourism 3 stars.

NB: The inground pool has been built since July 2017. This pool will be shared with us.
We have a well-trained sheepdog who loves the company of tenants if they love animals and are discreet if we give them the order.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

The appartment is on the first floor of the building, the landlords live on the ground floor. The garden, including the pool is shared with the landlords. Alice and her familiy are very nice and welcoming, all communication is very relaxed. And our whole family really loved Panda, the owners' dog.

Un week-end de 3 jours au circuit Paul Ricard et un super hebergement. Nous avons decouvert le petit village de Signes en ayang la chance d'avoir un marché local bio. L'appartement est grand et confortable et super équipé. Merci pour l'accueil de la propriétaire.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, große Wohnung in der Nähe der Küste

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen!! > sehr groß, sehr sauber, und vor allem: sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt > wir hatten einen Regentag und konnten den Tag sehr gut in der Wohnung verbringen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war direkt und sehr freundlich > die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus, es gab aber nur wenig Berührungspunkte. Wir waren sehr froh um die Hilfe und Unterstützung der Vermieterin > wir konnten unsere Räder bei der Nachbarin unterstellen. Der Ort ist klein, aber schön, so gut wie keine Touristen (aber mind. 3 Restaurants...). Lage: für uns gut, da wir in alle Richtungen (Küste, Luberon) gut hinfahren konnten, aber man muss immer mit mind. 30-40 km rechnen. Wer gerne wandern geht > an der Küste gibt es sehr viele schöne Wanderungen (Calanques!!). Wir wollten eigentlich mit den Rädern einige Touren machen, aber selbst auf den Nebenstraßen ist relativ viel Verkehr. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für uns!!

Des points forts très très agréables

Un chouette appartement tout équipé dans un adorable petit village provençal. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir profiter de la piscine partagée, des 2 terrasses privatives, du barbecue, du billard et encore plus du jacuzzi réservé à l’appartement: notre coup de cœur! 😍 Merci encore à Alice pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Très bon week-end en famille chez Alice ! Maison de village très fonctionnel avec pleins d'activités, jacuzzi, billard, fléchettes, jardin extérieur avec trampoline.
