A lovely villa, very well equipped with modern fittings and appliances. A great pool with views over to the sea. We could watch fireworks in the resorts on some nights. Excellent barbeque. Boules and other games (indoor and outdoor) available. Plenty of space for 5 of us to do our own thing if wanted. Clem and Stesse were very welcoming hosts; available and friendly but not interfering. In particular Clem, who speaks excellent English, was a great help in sorting out a garage to deal with a problem on one of our cars.Unlike many villas we have stayed at, the A/C was effective in all the rooms - so necessary this summer. We are considering returning to this villa in future years.

Des hôtes charmants, discrets. Une villa spacieuse disposant de tout le confort décorée avec beaucoup de goût mélangeant le moderne et le vintage et des petits détails charmants. Le chant des cigales nous accompagnant au petit déjeuner comme aux apéritifs dinatoires au bord de la piscine! Quoi de mieux pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette jolie région!

Sehr schöne Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet in guter Lage mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, bemüht und immer zur Stelle.Vielen Dank!

Schönes, modernes und großzügig angelegtes Haus. Gutes Konzept in der Architektur, phantasievolle Dekoration. Großer Gemeinschaftsbereich im EG mit Essplatz, Küche, TV-Ecke etc. Im OG 4 vollwertige Zimmer, davon die 2 größten mit voller Aussicht in die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Die 2 anderen Zimmer auch mit Boxspring-Betten, nur etwas kleiner zur privaten Eingangsseite mit kleinerem Fenster zzgl. eigenem Bad, wenn auch mit separatem WC. Eingefriedeter privater Parkplatz auf der Vorderseite, ausreichend für bis zu ca. 5 Kfz. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, Clement und Sessja, unmittelbar anbei, die mit technischer Hilfe oder guten Tipps für die Umgebung gerne zur Verfügung stehen.

Wunderschöne Herbstferien in La Cadiere

Vielen Dank an Suzanne und Jean-Yves. Sie waren uns wundervolle und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben die Zeit in ihrem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Egal ob Bootsmiete oder Weinprobe alles wurde perfekt organisiert. Und wenn mal etwas nicht funktionierte oder Fragen auftauchten wurde umgehend geholfen. So konnten wir eine unbeschwerte Zeit an der herrlichen Cote d'Azur geniessen.

Fabuleux

Comment dire, les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse tout a fait exceptionnelle comme très rarement on a la chance d'en rencontrer. Parlons de la maison...Tout y est comme sur les photos. Dès notre arrivée on sait senti comme à la maison. Rien ne manque et c'est magnifique. On ne peut que recommandé. Encore merci à vous 2.

Vue imprenable de la mer, accueil sympathique, équipements modernes, espace appréciable pour tout le groupe de 7 personnes. Je recommande, surtout que le propriétaire projette de réchauffer en plus sa piscine d'eau de mer .
