New contemporary villa, both modern and warm, it consists of a large bay window angle brick partition that gives an impression of indoor-outdoor.
Inside, a large room composed of an open kitchen with a central island very friendly, a dining room and a lounge, a flat screen TV on the wall.
In RDC a Type 3 annexed to the main room kitchenette 2 rooms with bed doubles and a room of bath with tub.
Upstairs a large master bedroom of 40m² double bed in 200, Italian shower, double spa bath, dressing room and a terrace overlooking the vineyards.
An independent studio consisting of a kitchen, bedroom with double bed in 160 Italian shower, overlooking the garden and the private pool.
Outside in a landscaped garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi
The whole villa is air-conditioned, free and easy parking, wifi and fiber.

Lovely Place To Stay

My family and I loved our time at this beautiful house in Cassis. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the kitchen was well-stocked and very useful! We enjoyed the indoor space, and especially the outdoor space as well -- the furniture and set-up helped us all hang out together. Of course, the pool cooled us down, and we had lots of fun using it! It was great that myself and my two grown-up daughters all had our own space to sleep and lounge (each bedroom has its own entrance and living space!). We hope to be back some day, and will recommend this house to other friends and family if they stay in Cassis.

Inoubiable Sejour a Cassis

A well appointed and lovely property in a gated series of villas. It has been designed to allow for three couples or three couples, one with kids to have their own separate area( bathroom and small kitchen) with a main living/dining/ kitchen space. The hosts are delightful. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the gorgeous Cassis port and close to various private beaches. Aix and Marseille are less than an hour away with the Cassis train station close by. The pictures don’t do the proper justice. A little haven in Cassis which we thoroughly recommend

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis. La maison est très spacieuse, ce qui permet à chacun de disposer de son propre espace. Même si nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine en novembre, nous avons été ravis de pouvoir utiliser le jacuzzi ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles.

Très belle villa dans les vignes, idéal familles, grands espaces, propreté impeccable et accueil très agréable par la propriétaire. Proche du centre ville de Cassis mais en voiture. Seul point négatif : la taille de la piscine, trop petite par rapport à la capacité d’accueil de la maison.

Lovely family holiday

We spent a great week here with 3 generations. The house is a beautiful family home, very stylish and comfortable in a quiet residential setting. A couple of Kilometres out of cassis , but we sealed paths all the way if you prefer to walk. Lovely restaurant around the corner of you are looking for something really close by
