The site is very sunny, walking distance to beaches and tourist attractions. Property enough away to enjoy a calm and enjoy the mild Mediterranean maritime climate in all seasons.

The Villa is located between the Grande Plage des Lecques, the Beach of the Madrague and small fishing port.

St Cyr Sur Mer is a beautiful little town, stunning beach. The house is very well located to access the beach. House is well kept and nicely set out. For those not used to the French south coast, worth noting that while its not far into town, its a fairly steep hill down to the shore, so take that into account for the older guests!

Süßes Haus, schön gelegen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist prima, in 7 Minuten ist man am Strand und viele Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind vom Haus aus den Küstenweg bis zur Calanque d“Avalon gewandert! Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Pierre und Edith war sehr nett!! Alles bestens! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Haus mit Riesen Garten

Wir waren super zufrieden! Die fehlende Tür zum oberen Schlafzimmer war für uns als Familie kein Problem. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt obwohl wir ein paar stunden früher da waren. Für unsere Franz. Bulldogge wurde nicht mal was extra berechnet. Der Pool ist klein aber wunderbar erfrischend nach dem Badetag und dem hochlaufen vom Meer. Toller langer Strand mit Sandstücken und teilweise feinen Kies. Die Schnaken haben etwas genervt, sogar Tagsüber waren die Aktiv. Für das Haus wären ein paar Fliegengitter nützlich. Sehr entgegekommender Eingentümer! Alle haben unterstützt, sogar der Gärtner half beim WLan einrichten!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder🤗👍

Séjour en famille

La maison est très confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. Juste l’étage trop chaud, la ventile de l’ac n’est pas suffisante pour le refroidir. Le jardin et la piscine au top, la maison est très bien placée, proche de la plage et de la ville. Juste faire attention si on va à pied, le maison est sur une colline donc pas évident avec poussette! Edith très accueillante et disponible pour toutes nos questions, nous recommandons vivement!
