Regarding your accommodation:
The apartment was renovated in 2014, it consists of:
2 bedrooms of 10 and 12 m2 with new 140 quality bedding and flat screen TV.
An independent WC
A large bathroom with walk-in shower.
A fitted kitchen with new high-end appliances.
Large closets for your storage.
A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and various utensils.
The living room includes 2 sofas, one of which is convertible, a 40 'LCD TV, a DVD, and WIFI internet access, the French window opens onto a terrace lined with hundred-year-old olive trees on which you can take your meals, prepare your grilled dishes thanks to a large gas barbecue.
All living rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

A private 10 x 5 infinity pool with a beach allowing smooth entry into a small bath of 0.80m in height for children and then access to the large bath of about 2.20m in height. It is secured by an approved alarm and will be shared with the owners. Deckchairs, tables and chairs are available for your comfort.
In order to guarantee quality bathing water, cleaning of the swimming pool must be carried out daily by the tenants. Cleaning will consist of removing leaves or debris using a net provided, checking the presence of water purification pebbles in the floats provided for this purpose at least 1 to 2 times a week and adding more if necessary. (pebbles provided by the owners).

PLEASE NOTE: For SEPTEMBER reservations, the maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool must be done by the tenants, following the instructions left for this purpose because the owners will be absent.
In order to preserve everyone's independence, access to this swimming pool must be released by tenants no later than 7:00 p.m. every day, unless otherwise agreed.
