Diese Wohnung hat alles, was das Herz begehrt! Die Ausstattung ist modern, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist riesig und hat einen schönen Blick in die hübsche Außenanlage. Der Pool der Wohnanlage ist ebenfalls groß und sehr sauber. Man hat in der Tiefgarage sogar eine eigene Garage. Zu den zwei Stränden ist es nicht sehr weit zu Fuß, man muss allerdings über einen Hügel laufen. Der Check-in und der Check-out waren unkompliziert. Le Pradet ist ein kleinerer Ort nahe am Meer, nicht sehr touristisch und das ist wunderbar! Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht! Einen Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Restaurants und kleinere Läden. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartment sehr empfehlen. Hélène ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die schnell reagiert und sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmert. Vielen Dank für alles!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons. L'appartement est toujours aussi confortable et bien équipé. Avec ses 80m2, 2 chambres, on est très a l'aise à 4 (avec 2 jeunes 12 et 15 ans). La résidence est superbe, tres calme, et idéalement placée pour aller a pieds à la plage (5-10 min à pied) La piscine est plutôt grande et bien aménagée. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et nous reviendrons certainement !!

Superbe

Superbe et spacieux appartement, particulièrement bien équipé (mention particulier pour l'équipement de la cuisine!). Nous étions 4 (2 enfants 11 et 14 ans), tout le monde a apprécié le calme, l'environnement de la résidence (très bien entretenue), la grande terrasse, la piscine couverte (attention elle ferme de 13h a 15h puis a 21h, mais ca n'a posé aucun problème). Box en sous sol. Pizzas et boulangeries a 2min a pieds, 5min intermarché. Plage du monaco et des Bonnettes à proximité immédiate (à pieds, sur la plage en 15min). Nous reviendrons!

Joli, agréable et calme

Le logement est fonctionnel et très agréable. La propriété est jolie et calme. Le seul bémol a été la piscine : l'accès à la piscine se verrouille automatiquement à 21h et plus possible de sortir après... Elle a été fermée les derniers jours de notre séjour pour travaux. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été cordiaux et agréables.
