The grounds are superb. The host has made an extra effort to provide a very comfortable environment for guests. The quality of the installations, fittings, stonework etc is high. The hosts were clearly always prepared to assist if necessary but remained discreet. The wonderful mountain setting can be absorbed in real comfort and you are still only 20 minutes drive to a variety of beaches and lovely seaside towns. A real recommendation.

Fantastic! Great! A small paradise!

In reality it is even more beautiful than the pictures can show! The apartment of Dominique and Jacques is very well equipped and lovely decorated. It is really VERY CLEAN and everything is brand-new. We stayed here for 6 days and it was big enough for a family with two kids. The terrace is equipped with new patio furniture. You can choose sitting at the big table with 6 seats under the sunshade or on separate lounge furniture in the shadow of a cherry tree while your children have enough space to play secure in the big garden. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and preparing our meals on the gas barbecue. Highlight of this place is the secured pool area! It offers a great view over the lovely landscape. It is well equipped with deckchairs, parasol and lounge furniture. Everything very clean! We spent hours here and enjoyed it so much! The garden itself has to be highlighted, too. So many plants and flowers. So beautiful! The apartment is well located. Supermarket, butcher's shop, bakery can easily be reached by car in a few minutes. Also good starting point for 1/2 days or 1 day trips. It is good to know that Dominique and Jacque are nearby in case you need help or if you have questions. At the same time you have all privacy you want and need. It is GREAT! It is FANTASTIC! We enjoyed this small paradise and we fully recommend it!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette région qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées pédestres et de visites. Le gîte est conforme à sa description et aux photos , situé dans un très bel environnement et au calme. Il est bien équipé et très propre. Le jardin est très beau et très soigné, les équipements extérieurs sont très bien (salon de jardin, chaises longues, barbecue,jolie piscine,etc.). Malheureusement,la météo très fraîche et perturbée en ce mois de mars ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter, sinon visuellement. La petite ville de Beausset, très proche, permet un apprivisionnemen de qualité. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très attentionnés...et de bon conseil pour explorer la région. Nous gardons de notre séjour un très bon souvenir. Merci encore!

Location de très bonne qualité

Le rez de villa est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est spacieux et très bien entretenu. La piscine pour nous tout seuls est très agréable. La vue est dégagée et pourtant nous sommes très bien situé pour aller à la mer ou visiter l’arrière pays. Les courses se font toutes à moins de 10 min en voiture et enfin les propriétaires sont accueillants mais discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Zeer goed !

Alleen maar lof! De eigenaren waren ontzettend vriendelijk en zo ontzettend behulpzaam. Er werd regen verwacht en de eigenaar had onze handdoeken al onder het afdakje gezet. En zo zijn er nog meer voorbeelden waarin ze heel erg vooruitdachten. Het huis was schoon en netjes en in alles voorzien. Het staat op een prachtig plekje en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Het zwembad zag er schoon en netjes uit en werd ook dagelijks schoongemaakt. Rondom het dorp zijn prachtige dorpjes te bezichtigen. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf en zouden dit iedereen aanraden.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in sehr gepflegtem Zustand

Wir haben als Familie, 2 EW + 2 Kinder (14+17) einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Der Garten / Terrasse sind ein Traum. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde von uns alleine genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war seh gut, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Kaffeemaschine, Grill, großer Kühlschrank, Außenküche usw… Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir sind immer an einen Strand in der Natur. Fahrzeit ca. 30 min. Nähere Strände in der Stadt erreicht man in 20 min. Toller Bäcker in ca 5 min Fahrzeit. Ebenso ein guter Einkaufsmarkt gegenüber Bäcker. Die Familie Oller ist sehr freundlich - leider konnten wir kein französisch (google Übersetzer macht die Kommunikation möglich)

Mooi huisje maar jammer van de miscommunicatie met de eigenaar

Het is een mooi huisje met alle nodige comfort. Helaas startte en eindigde onze vakantie niet zoals verwacht. Bij aankomst bleek dat ze dachten dat we een dag later kwamen, ons verblijf was nog niet vrij. Ze hebben dan snel een oplossing aangeboden, zodat we toch konden slapen en er werd ons zzlfs aangeboden om een dag langer te blijven, zonder meerkost Daar konden we ons perfect in vinden. Maar donderdagavond kwam de eigenaar doodleuk zeggen dat we er toch uit moesten op vrijdag, ze hadden immers aan familie toegezegd. Dus ipv dat we zaterdag om 10u moesten vertrekken, moesten we er vrijdag toch uit. Uiteraard was die avond plots onze laatste avond, waar we niet opgerekend hadden. Bovendien hadden we voor zaterdag een hotel geboekt om de trip in 2 delen te doen. Dit hotel konden we niet meer annuleren (extra kosten) We hadden onze laatste avond ook een goed restaurant geboekt met aanbetaling, dit hebben we ook niet kunnen doen en na heel wat heen en weer mailen hebben ze onze aanbetaling toch teruggestort. Dus op zicht een heel leuke woning, maar door miscommunicatie toch wel een vakantie die eindigde in mineur.

Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Kochgeschirr ist wenig vorhanden. Das Bad ist sehr hübsch, große Dusche und ausreichend Platz um die eigenen Dinge unter zu bringen. Zur Wohnung sind einige Treppen aus Naturstein zu gehen, was für ältere Personen nicht ganz einfach ist. Wir hatten mit dem W-Lan Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schwierig, da wir leider kein französisch sprechen, doch die Vermieter wohl auch kein Englisch. Es fehlen überall Steckdosen, bzw. im Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett gibt es nur auf einer Seite einen Nachttisch und eine Leuchte, die jedoch kein ausreichendes Licht gibt. Lesen im Bett unmöglich, da auch die Deckenbeleuchtung nicht vom Bett aus zu schalten war. Der Vorplatz wo auch gleichzeitig als Sitzplatz dient, ist gekiest und ganz schlecht beschattet. Am Nachmittag konnte man dort nicht sitzen, da das Sonnensegel unzureichend ist. Erst am Abend nach 19.oo war dies im Schatten möglich. Der Weg zum Pool ist sehr unangenehm da dieser über spitze, relativ große Steine führt. Der Pool selbst ist sehr schön, wobei es hier auch mit der Beschattung Probleme gibt, da bei etwas Wind die Sonnenschirme nicht geöffnet werden können. Zudem geben die Schirme am Nachmittag im Pool Schatten, nicht auf der Fläche wo die Liegen stehen, da der Pool ja eingezäunt ist und die Liegefläche relativ klein ist. Wir hatten uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert und unseren Urlaub trotzdem genossen. Die Beschattung am Pool und über dem Außen Sitzplatz sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Wir wollten uns nicht vorstellen wie es wohl im Hochsommer dort ist. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung was doch sehr schön wäre.

Bonjour je vous remercie pour votre avis je suis désolée que vous n’ayez pas apprécié notre location je note que vous avez quand même passé de belles vacances. Il y a 17 prises de courant dans l’appartement , pour les ustensiles de cuisine il y a bien tout ce qui est mentionné dans le descriptif depuis de nombreuses années que nous louons, beaucoup de locataires reviennent et nous avons même créés des amitiés malgré le fait que nous ne parlons pas allemand nous arrivons à nous faire comprendre en italien et un peu en anglais , pour les terrasses et piscine il y a 3 grands parasols que l’on peut déplacer afin de se faire de l’ombre à l’endroit voulu , effectivement il n’y a pas de climatisation mais 3 grands ventilateurs dans l’appartement et si nous mettons la climatisation le tarif de location ne serait plus le même, recevez mes cordiales salutations. Mooie woning met heel fijn zwembad op korte afstand van de Middellandse Zee

Een mooie woning met 2 ruime slaapkamers en badkamer. Veel buitenruimte en prachtig zwembad met schitterend uitzicht. Eigenaren Jacques en Dominique zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Woning ligt op circa 20 minuten rijden van diverse kustplaatsen en Toulon. Goed centraal gelegen. Aanrader!

A little piece of paradise

We spent a wonderful week alternating between mornings on beautiful beaches in the region (about a half hour drive away), and afternoons in the gorgeous pool. The kitchen and outdoor cooking area are perfectly equipped for days of self catering, and there are plenty of restaurants in the region for dining out. The view is magnificent and there are plenty of options for relaxing outside and one can move with the sun or the shade as needed. Because the apartment is on the lower level with its own garden area, we had all the privacy we desired. The hosts are very considerate, available and helpful but very discreet. Mostly we had the feeling we were alone. Although the hosts speak very little English, communication was not a problem due to translation apps. All in all a wonderfully relaxing weeks holiday. Thank you!!

Un vrai Paradis

Petites attentions dès notre arrivée a,Dominique et Jacques avaient prévu des boissons fraiches dans le frigo !! Les photos reflètent bien la réalité des lieux. Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre, il ne manque rien. Un plus avec cette location, c'est que Dominique nous mets à disposition : serviettes de bains , de toilettes , gants de toilettes et torchons pour la vaisselle, c'est vrai que ça en moins dans les valises c'est appréciable !! Super petit coin cuisine à l'extérieur avec le barbecue "Le TOP" Un bel espace pour manger à l'extérieur avec également un petit salon pour l'apéro avec une superbe vue . La piscine , très propre et très grande , elle est très bien entretenue , avec un parasol et des transat à disposition, un endroit Idyllique !! Dominique et Jacques sont très discrets et prennent régulièrement des nouvelles du séjour. Des hôtes très sympathiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et comptons bien y retourner . Nous sommes à proximité des lieux touristiques ( Sanary , Cassis , Bandol , le Castelet .......) Ayant déjà fait un bon nombre de locations, je n'ai aucune remarque négative sur celle ci. Encore un point positif, le stationnement du véhicule dans la propriété . Pour résumer, je conseille vivement cette location.
