This was our 2nd stay at this location. Perfect for a single or couple who want to be in walking distance of everything in downtown Saugatuck. Clean, well appointed, great finishes. Hope to return again next year.
This was the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It is clean, well appointed and you couldn’t ask for a better location being right in the heart of town. The property management staff was very responsive and gave plenty of detail of what condo in town. Highly recommend over and over again
This apartment was ideal for a few nights stay in Saugatuck. It was clean, updated and being downtown, it was walkable to shopping & dining. We also liked its proximity to Mount Baldhead State park, where we enjoyed walking on the shore of Lake Michigan.
Communication with property manager Kevin was great! I highly recommend staying here.
This property was wonderful!
Super clean and up to date!
Check in info was super clear and made easy! Location is amazing, right in the heart of everything.
The parking spot in the back reserved for the property was nice. Didn’t need to drive at all though, everything was walking distance!
Probably one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever had at an air bnb and we’ve stayed a lot of places!
Highly recommend!
It was important we stayed in the heart of it all and this location was perfect. Just down on Butler from the junction with Water and Culver, shops and restaurants were right outside our door. The studio apt. was great for my wife and I- just as advertised. Will be coming back for sure.
We stayed for a quick couple's getaway. This little studio is in a PERFECT location, is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Our ONLY wish is that the bay window would have blackout shades, as the lights on the trees at night are quite bright in the room. Regardless, we will be back next year!!
We were in town for a wedding at the performing arts center. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Great for knocking around town and convenient walk to the reception. The unit is as nice as the pictures show. Clean. Perfect for a couple.
It has its own parking space which was a plus since we walked everywhere and just left the car in place.
We worried a little that being right on Butler it might be loud, but not at all.
We loved it.
This studio was exactly as advertised and the ideal location for 2 adults exploring the western Michigan beach towns. The room is clean and well appointed, with a great view of Butler Street from the bay window and a beautiful walk-in rainfall shower. Surprisingly quiet for a downtown location. Easy walking distance to everything in downtown Saugatuck and easy driving distance to Holland, South Haven and Grand rapids.
The stairs from the street are a little steep (no elevator) and the parking space can be tricky, but this is all explained and disclosed (no surprises).
We are hoping to return next year.
The rental process was smooth and easy. The property is well located right in the shopping and restaurant area. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I would give cleanliness a 5 except for the railing up the stairs and the ceiling air vents. Due to our Covid precautions, we ran a cleaning wipe up the stair railing and it was very dirty. The vent over the doorway especially needs cleaning.
I would caution anyone with mobility issues. The staircase is long and steep.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would give it all 5 stars except for those two minor issues.
This was a great apartment in the heart of Saugatuck. It was easy to find, to enter, and offered a convenient location while staying in the downtown area.
Clean and comfortable!

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The location of this property cannot be beat if you like to stay in the action! We loved the bay window overlooking Butler Street. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very cozy. Our only complaint was that the room does not get as dark as night as we would like - some different blinds would go a long way to help darken the room at night. We will stay here again!!
We had the best time staying at this adorable studio apartment. It was in a great location and the parking spot is a huge plus — it can be difficult to find parking in Saugatuck. Kevin was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Can’t wait to stay again next year! Thank you.
We had a great stay! The location is right downtown and walking distance to all dining and shops but not loud or noisy. The parking spot was awesome and the room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again!
We will definitely be back to this property in the future. To start, the location is FANTASTIC, right on the main strip with shopping, restaurants, and the lake right out the front door. Room is really nice, almost new and very clean. It is not for those who want to cook at home as there is only a microwave and small fridge. But, you won't want to cook at home anyway with all of the restaurant options. The bed is SUPER comfortable, and the parking makes it all very, very convenient. I can't think of anything I'd change except being able to stay a bit longer!
Bed is comfy, great view of Butler Street, and bathroom is nice, too. Stairs up to unit are pretty steep, so I would just recommend keeping that in mind if you have trouble with walking/climbing. Definitely recommend this place!
