Sea Spray Vacation Rental is a two bedroom one and a half bath townhouse located on First Street. The entire village with all its restaurants, stores, shops and attractions is within easy reach of Sea Spray.

Across the marina bridge (Dock Street) are several waterfront restaurants with weekend live music. Just down First Street is the City Park and beach with kayak and golf cart rentals and playground with basketball court.

In the same block as Sea Spray Vacation Rental are several attractions including the Coffee Shop called 1842, Bonish Studio and Bar, Cedar Key Pizza and Subs and more.

Sea Spray is nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The sofa and recliner in living is very inviting.

The Kitchen is small but adequate and well stocked. There is a separate dining area and a snack bar as well.

A half Bath is here on this first level for convenience.

Up stairs are the two bedrooms with queen size beds and the full bath with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking First Street.

We have cable tv, wi-fi, washer dryer.
There are two parking spaces reserved for your convenience.

-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
