Ocean view Amazing!

The view, pool and openness were amazing. Minor concerns, with a deeper cleaning of bathrooms and changing showerhead, stovetop provided limited use, and appeared to shut down after so many minutes, seemed to overheat. Oven mitts and bigger drinking glasses. Bedding could easily have been better, more pillows and softer blankets, perhaps a pillow top added to the mattress. Having the yard maintenance crew come prior to our weeklong stay would have been nice, instead of during our stay. There was a leak in the roof, and when we contacted the owner there was no response. Thankfully, it wasn't over our bed. More outside loungers, the place accommodates 4 adults and only has two loungers. Although not the problem of the host, there were power outages on the island too, due to a strike, this would have been nice to know beforehand, especially knowing they stared in January. These improvements would make this place outstanding. It really was a solid 4.3 out of 5. Small tweaks and this place would shine!!

Audrey très disponible mais impuissante car c’est le propriétaire qui décide, même pour changer une ampoule et comme il n’est pas là ça sera peut-être fait en septembre. Donc, belle vue mais prestations de la maison pas au niveau du tout.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour concernant votre séjour à la Villa Savane Paille 2. Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions importantes : Concernant le Wi-Fi, il est inexact d’affirmer qu’il n’y en avait pas. En effet, suite à un incident indépendant de notre volonté (un câble fibre sectionné sur le chemin), la connexion principale a été interrompue temporairement. Orange est déjà intervenu et la réparation est prévue dans les tous prochains jours. En attendant, une connexion de secours par Starlink est disponible et distribuée à chaque villa, y compris la vôtre, via l’antenne située juste devant. Bien que cette solution soit moins performante que la fibre, elle reste opérationnelle. Par ailleurs, lors de votre arrivée, l’ensemble des équipements fonctionnait. Le lave-linge, les interrupteurs et l’éclairage extérieur étaient en état de marche. Nous avons noté une accumulation soudaine de dysfonctionnements signalés uniquement après votre installation. Nous avons néanmoins mobilisé notre équipe, et Audrey s’est rendue extrêmement disponible, malgré les contraintes liées à certaines décisions relevant du propriétaire. Enfin, la ventilation naturelle peut en effet varier selon les périodes climatiques, mais la maison reste conforme aux standards tropicaux, avec ouvertures traversantes et climatisation. Nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas pleinement apprécié votre séjour, malgré nos efforts constants pour répondre à vos nombreuses sollicitations. Cordialement
