You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located in the middle of the west side of the tower.

The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional guests. The recently renovated all-white kitchen and bathroom add a touch of luxury, and a desk is provided in the living area for your personal computer. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the condo.

This exceptional 925 sq. ft. private end unit also boasts an additional 200 sq. ft. balcony, providing the perfect spot for sunbathing and enjoying the breathtaking Gulf front views.

The building offers guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated solar pool with grills at the pool deck, a fitness room, and covered parking.

Our flight was delayed so we got there much later than expected there was soft music playing on the TV and the lights were on for us which made it very welcoming. The rental was absolutely spotless with more than enough amenities to feel like home. We loved having the golf cart too!

Great stay! Condo perfect for us for a long weekend! Bed was super comfy! Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking in! Also plenty of towels and wash cloths if you don’t want to wash clothes every day. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the stay

Didn’t like the people from other condos using our beach area. It way over crowded our beach access and area. The cost of renting an umbrella was way overpriced.

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the property. Mildew does tend to accumulate quickly in the beachfront properties when the patio doors are open while the AC is on. Our units are inspected to ensure black mold is not present as that is a safety issue that we would not expose our guests to. We have noted your housekeeping and maintenance issues and have reported those to the proper departments to assess this unit and respond accordingly. We do have staff on site seven days a week and dispatch our technicians as soon as guests inform us of any issues. We strive to provide properties and services that meet our guests' satisfaction; this is why we ask for communication upon check in if there are issues that we can correct to improve your experience.

Nice condo but needs some updating

Condo was nice but needs some updates Patio furniture is rusted. Closet doors uneven and hard to open No nice maker shower needs updating. Called in a leak coming from the water heater early Saturday morning. No one came to see about it. Had to leave a towel in the hall to avoid slipping on wet floor

We sent our maintenance team over to look for any leaks and no leak was found from hot water heater or HVAC system. We are working with the Condo Building Association as we believe this is condensation on the tile floor from the HVAC system and ducting from the unit below. The condensation seems to be sporadic and not consistent. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are working to remedy this situation as soon as possible. Platinum Vacations of Destin

Sandestin 2021

Overall we enjoyed this visit. This being our first time to stay in a resort I don’t think we will stay again. Maybe a different complex on the resort would be better. This particular part of the beach is way over crowded because guest from the other parts of he resort to the beach in front of Beachside 2 Tower. Lots of chairs and activities to do but overcrowded. The room is as described and communication and response with the management folks was very good. However ordered a grocery delivery and was told to set it for 2-4. Delivery showed up at 3 and they would not allow them to leave it because our check in time was at 4. We had to drop by Walmart to retrieve our groceries.

Thank you Tommy for your feedback! The beaches do get crowded in the summer season. The grocery delivery services did try to deliver groceries however they would not allow a simple "drop and go", as it wasn't a standard grocery delivery company such as Shipt or Instacart, it was ordered through Door Dash. They required the person who made the order to show their ID before dropping off the groceries. Since you were not at the condo at that time, grocery delivery could not complete the transaction. Could have been great but . . .

Normally we stay at the Hilton Golf and Beach resort on property. This time we wanted to try a condo next door so we chose beachside ll 4336. Never again. The room had the sharp smell of mildew. Couch needs to be thrown out. End Table is broke. Only one comfortable chair in living room. Living room furniture is worn and rugs are ratty. Looks like it has never been updated since 1980 including popcorn ceilings. Shower head is loose. Toilet never stops running. Clothes dryer is extremely loud. I will say the bed was very comfortable. Could be an excellent unit with cleaning, repairs and newer furnishings, as the balcony and private sun deck were amazing. The smell is the main problem. And to many codes to memorize.
