Sea Breeze’s location is ideal with its effortless proximity to the stretching Atlantic Beach and a few minutes walk away from Coco Bay. Brendal’s Dive Centre and The Green Turtle Club (with its marina store full of necessary groceries) are also nearby.
The property itself is set back from the road giving you ample privacy. Seabreeze is a two-floor property, the upper level has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 4
The downstairs ‘apartment’ is a self-contained and predominately open-plan one bedroom (queen) and one bathroom. It has a full kitchen and ample living/dining area. Amenities include a dishwasher, hand-made bar, satellite TV, DVD player, a/c and fans. The large bathroom has a walk in shower and a washer/dryer. There is also a deck downstairs that provides access to the BBQ patio and an outdoor shower.
