At La Ciotat, this beautiful recent and air conditioned house of 75 m² is located in a quiet subdivision that offers a large collective pool accessible from June 15 to September 15.

On the ground floor you will find a large, bright living room that offers direct access to the garden where you will enjoy the terrace that can be easily shaded with its large awning.
The open kitchen on the living room is comfortable for use and very well equipped to allow you to easily prepare dishes for your loved ones.
The independent toilet in the DRC also serves as a laundry room. You will find a washing machine and a dryer.

Upstairs you will find the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms.
2 rooms are equipped with queen size beds with quality mattresses. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90x190.
The bathroom is very nice with its bathtub and a second toilet.

A baby chair and/or an umbrella bed can be made available on request.

The neighbourhood
The house is located just 2,2km from the beaches, easily accessible on foot by the Pedestrian path, located 300 m away.
Proximity shops are only 5 minutes walk
At only 10 minutes, you will enjoy the park of the Domaine de la Tour for a ride, a jog, a lazy moment.
The Ciotat offers you a unique environment with its spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «LE GOLFE D'AMOUR», but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, beaches, circuit du Castellet, etc.
On or under the water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

Other remarks
Pets are allowed on request to the owner who reserves the right to refuse.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The property cannot be rented as a party or event organizer.
Arrival times: 5pm - 7pm, departure time: 8am - 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
Transport
The house is located just 2.2km from the beaches, easily reachable on foot by the soft road, located 300 m away.
The house is 2.5 km from the train station. It is served by bus (line 21), which drops you off at 100 m and can take you to the historic center.
