Rental rates

Weekend (2 nights minimum): 140 euros
Christmas holidays: 450 euros per week
Winter holidays: 390 euros per week
Easter holidays: 290 euros per week
Summer holidays: 400 euros per week
Weeks outside school holidays:
- January, February, March, December: 290 euros per week
- April, May, June, July: 240 euros per week
- September, October, November: 200 euros per week

Electricity: payable from October 1 to April 30 at € 0.12 per kwh
Check for 300 euros deposit requested.
Certificate of rental insurance requested (free with your home insurance).
