On the ground floor, you will find a large 80m² (861 sq ft) living room with a kitchen and large bay windows opening onto the garden, and a 20m² (215 sq ft) studio equipped with a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a terrace.

The house also features a garage with a laundry room, numerous terraces, a garden, and an above-ground pool with a diameter of 3.10m (10 ft) and a depth of 1.20m (4 ft). It is ideally located, close to the beaches of Juan (1 km) and Place de Gaulle in Antibes (1 km).

This beautiful home made our stay in Antibes more enjoyable than we could have ever asked for. Spacious, very clean and equipped with everything one may need. The Pool was super necessary for those hot days and the location was a quick 10 min walk to the beach and all the night life. The owner Iveta met me for check in and lovingly showed me around the house. Kitchen is fully loaded, plenty of closet space, bedrooms are open and full of natural light and the common areas are organized and very well decorated. Thanks you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful property.

Très bon séjour en famille

Emplacement idéal pour qui souhaite être au calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes du centre ville de Juan les pins. La maison est parfaitement équipée, les hôtes très charmants et accueillants... Nous avons passé un moment très agréable en famille.

A great place to stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised and the location is great with both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins within walking distance. Jean-Gérard is a great host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions
