Situated between the local Buddhist temple and rice fields, experience the charm of a traditional Thai village in a new luxury pool and spa villa within 20 minutes from the airport and to central Chiang Mai. This is your personal oasis set in the tranquility, color, flora and fauna of a small local village within easy reach of all the fun, food and culture Chiang Mai has to offer.

The villa is fully equipped including a large Balinese tiled pool, a heated jacuzzi in a garden spa, Apple TV, Sonos, a home theatre system and the rooms showcase the works of local artists and antique Asian furniture. You can access your Netflix and other video and music streaming accounts.

- Guests can access the entire villa and its private spa garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
- Co-host Ms. Tik is your full service on the ground property manager and concierge. She can guide you from the airport to the villa and arrange whatever you’d like to see or do in Chiang Mai including Thai massage at home, her specialty.
- Ms Tik can stock food and beverages upon your request.
- Final housecleaning included in the quotation
- Additional house cleaning and change of sheets/towels : 50$ to pay on the spot

Tik was amazing! She even picked us up at the train station at 4:00am, going above and beyond what we expected. She was extremely thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the house to us. The villa itself was amazing and we really enjoyed the art, the pool and hot tub. It wasn't too far from old town Chiang Mai, maybe 20 minutes by Grab. And the local store provided some greens and snacks for us. Just a lovely experience overall. Thanks Hal and Tik! We'll be back.

Thai vacation

We came into Chiang Mai to visit friends & travel around Thailand. The house was great, lots of room, fully functional kitchen. The pool was a added bonus for relaxing in at night. Ms. Tik was also amazing. She helped us with transportation & was available to answer questions or offer recommendations. The home is across from a temple. The area is quiet, store located 3 mins waking.

Great day, All Around

It was truly a great stay and a great house. Ms. Kit a.k.a. The Boss, took care of our every need including recommendations for food, shopping, etc. Being a soft blooded Americans that we are from Southern California, the heat tended to be quite stifling, So if I had one complaint about the house, has another reviewer commented, the lack of air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area would have made a truly 10 out of 10 stay. My one recommendation to fuse fewer future renters would be to rent a car as it’s about a 20 minute ride from downtown Chiang Mai. We decided to rent a car because the ride share companies would have probably taken forever to get to the property if at all. Ended up saving so much time and probably some money as well and allowed us to see so many different things we would’ve never seen sitting in the backseat of a car, as well as the ability to go grocery shopping at a moments notice. So thank you, Ms. Kit of course Hal.

Beau séjour dans une belle villa

Villa correspond aux photos mises sur le site. Toi, la personne qui nous a aidé tout au long du séjour a été à l’écoute de nos moindre demandes et à organiser pour nous des réservations de taxis et la réservation de scooters. Villa très propre et bien entretenue. Pas mal de temples autour. Privilégier les scooters car beaucoup dé circulations et de bouchons lors des déplacements. Pas de soucis donc pour louer cette villa
