The original home has been improved and expanded inside and out with a salt water pool, outdoor shower and beautiful gardens. The living/dining area with fireplace, original wood floors and french doors to pation are the pivotal point on the main floor that also features a large den plus a chef's kitchen with double dishwashers, double refrigerator, icemaker and efficient layout. The main floor also has the master bedroom ensuite bath with a private outdoor shower plus two guest bedrooms that share a bath. The lower level features a small sitting room, two additional ensuite bedrooms - one with a private garden area, a large laundry room and a home gym with an elliptical machine and weights. Outside enjoy the salt water pool with a seating ledge, outdoor mahogany deck room for dining and seating, full bar , rose covered pergola patio, seating area and more dining.
