MAS DE LA BOLP, MOUNTAIN CHALET

Maso in an open and panoramic position on the border between meadow and forest. Renovated in full respect of the environment and built according to the innovative principles of Casa Clima Plus: natural construction materials and renewable energy for heat needs.



The environmental setting is the magnificent Valorz Valley and its amphitheater of waterfalls and larches, of considerable naturalistic value.



The chalet is composed of

• a four-room apartment on the second floor: the Mansard Giglio Rosso;

• two three-room apartments on the first floor: Anemone and Genzianella;

• a heated storage room for skis or other sports equipment and the laundry room on the ground floor;



All apartments have independent entrances, have internet connection (service available on request); LCD TV, dishwasher and microwave.



The chalet is located in a quiet position in a large green space in summer which turns into an enchanted winter scenery.

The farm features the large equipped garden, the \"open air playground\" dedicated to children and the fun winter sleigh rides.



We point out that the last 200 m of road to reach the hut are on a dirt road and especially on occasion of heavy snowfalls the cars will have to be parked about 200 m from the chalet. Free luggage transport will be provided.



Particularly suitable for families, groups of friends and hikers.

Available for small meetings and conventions.
