Go off the grid (for beginners)

Our main goal this summer was to go off the grid, relax and enjoy the quiet. This area will help to achieve that for sure. The house and beautifull garden gives you the tranquility. In the house you will find everything you basically need, aswell in the garden department. We haven’t used the cano, but there is one! And if you are lucky you will see the otter that lives right next to the garden. If you like to hike there are a lot of beautifull routes nearby.

Si vous cherchez la tranquillité vous avez trouvé.Si vous aimez l’authenticité de la Franche-Comté vous serez comblé.Très beau coin de nature et maison super sympa.Bien sûr si vous avez peur des petites bébêtes qui mange pas les grosses, continuer à chercher…Nous avons passé 8 jours excellent, flamenkush, grillades, pêches, balades, fléchettes et surtout le calme !!Un grand merci aux deux copines qui gèrent le zaffair.Tout était parfait !!!

Une location fait de simplicité , de logement , de vie , la nature au rendez vous , les enfants ont aimé faire du canoé , pourtant débutant . On a passé un agréable moment dans cette maison , un accueil agréable par stéphanie , on recommande vivement .

Charmantes Haus, ruhig - schön - Hunde sehr willkommen

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende (Mittwoch abend bis Sonntag mittag) in diesem schönen, charmanten Haus direkt am kleinen Flüsschen Ognon. Wir wurden von Stephanie, der guten Seele des Hauses willkommen geheißen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt, in einem charmanten Mix aus Französisch, Englisch, Hand und Fuss.Ihre Fürsorge endete damit nicht, sie kam mit einem Schüsselchen Kirschen vorbei.Das Haus verfügt über fast alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht. Es ist kein Luxusappartment und das will es auch nicht sein. So muss man auch mal ein paar Tage auf eine Geschirrspül- oder Waschmaschine, genauso wie auf eine Klimaanlage verzichten können. Man hat seine absolute Ruhe, nur unterbrochen von dem vernehmbaren, aber nicht störenden Froschgequake. Da sich ja mancher Kommentator über den "Geruch" beschwert hat. Nun, das ist nun einmal der Geruch wie er zu älteren Häusern dazugehört. Sie haben einfach schon viel erlebt. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus blitzblank sauber. Hier gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Unser kleines bisschen Französisch und ihr kleines bisschen Deutsch machten eine Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin problemlos möglich. Vor dem Aufenthalt alles wichtige besprochen und bei unserer Abreise konnten wir uns über ihre Freundlichkeit und Ihren Charme noch einmal persönlich überzeugen. Zusammenfassend: Sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen mit Liebe zur Natur, die die Ruhe suchen und auf das letzte Quäntchen Luxus verzichten können.

Jolie petite maison sur un super terrain avec la rivière au bout du jardin , nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour. Si vous aimez la nature ( nid de rouge queue sur la terrasse, rivière, grenouilles....) alors allez-y et un très bon accueil de la part de Stéphanie .

Tolle Haus mit Macken

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach atemberaubend. Anfangs haben wir über die Sauberkeit hinweg gesehen, das Ungeziefer nicht beachtet und auf die schlecht funktionierende Toilette nicht geachtet. Nachdem wir nunmehr jedoch regelrecht beschimpft wurden, weil wir das Objekt respektlos verlassen hätten, sowohl von den Eigentümern als auch von der Servicekraft vor Ort, platzt mir der Kragen. Natürlich haben wir das Haus nicht komplett gereinigt hinterlassen, weil eine Endreinigung obligatorisch ist. Wir haben alles zusammen geräumt und klar war es noch etwas schmutzig, nachdem wir dort knapp 2 Wochen gewohnt haben. Wir hätten gerne noch den Staubsauger genutzt bevor wir abgereist sind, aber dies war leider nicht möglich. Also haben wir das Haus so verlassen. Nun werden uns im Nachhinein Sachen vorgeworfen, die schon vorher waren. Normaler Weise bin ich sehr tolerant, aber diese Äußerungen haben das Fass zum Überlaufen gebracht. Wir hätten die 1. Etage schmutzig hinterlassen, obwohl wir gar nicht auf dieser Etage waren. Klar war die Außentreppe nicht sauber, aber ist dies unsere Aufgabe ? Die Garderobe war bei Einzug defekt, nun solle wir dies schuld sein. Oberhalb des Eingangs befindet sich ein Bienennest mit tausenden Bienen, die sich natürlich auch im Haus wohl fühlen, genauso wie unzählige Stinkwanzen, die dauerhaft durch Haus fliegen. Hunderte tote Fliegen in Dachfenster. Mehr möchte ich nicht mehr sagen, eigentlich sollte es unerwähnt bleiben, aber bei den Anschuldigung?

Das Haus mit dem grossen Garten, ist wirklich schön gelegen und wir haben hier auch einige tolle Tage mit unseren Freunden genossen. Draussen und bei gutem Wetter! Wir sind im Weiteren froh, dich persönlich kennengelernt zu haben. Du bist eine liebenswürdige Vermieterin. Und Annie ist einfach cool. Aber mit dem Haus selber waren wir nicht wirklich zufrieden. Es Haus ist feucht und es riecht deshalb immer ein wenig unangenehm. Die Wohnung bekommt auch an schönen Tagen zu wenig Sonne. Dafür kannst Du zwar nichts, aber wir sind der Meinung, dass in der Beschreibung auf diesen Nachteil hingewiesen werden sollte. In der Küche fehlen einige grundlegende «Werkzeuge» und – die Pfannen sollten gerne ALLE sauber sein. Also, wir denken, der Preis ist zu hoch für das, was geboten wird. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Das Grundstück liegt direkt am Fluss, ideal zum Baden, Fischen etc. Nachts hört man das Quaken der Frösche und am Morgen das Zwitschern der Vögel. Auch für Familien mit Kindern toll.

Propriété très agréable, propre . Grand terrain super avec les chiens, ils peuvent jouer, courir et se baigner car la propriété est au bord de la rivière. Tout le nécessaire est dans la maison même un panier de survie. Propriétaire très agréable et qui répond rapidement à nos questions. Je recommande.

Un séjour bucolique mais gare aux moustiques

Petite maison de week-end et vacances sans prétention. Attention aux moustiques, emmenez les prises, et le jardin n’est pas utilisable sauf crème anti-moustiques. Confort minimum mais suffisant pour une semaine si on n’a pas besoin de laver du linge. Les alentours sont parfaits pour les balades, la course à pieds, les randonnées vélo et une charmante ferme bio à 3km de là.

Wunderbar für Individualisten. Merveilleux pour les individualistes

Ein Haus mit besonderem Charme und Impulsen. Umgeben von einem idyllischen Park. Für uns mit Hund perfekt. Die ab und an munteren Frösche fanden wir sehr amüsant. Ansonsten ist es angenehm ruhig - wir haben prima geschlafen. Unsere Woche war leider etwas in der Wahrnehmung getrübt, durch den vielen Regen. So daß wir den Ognon mit seinem Angebot nicht nutzen und bewerten konnten. (Wir sind keine Angler, waren mehr auf Baden, SUP und Kanukajak aus). Ausweich-Optionen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir trotzdem ausreichend gefunden! Einen Grillrost haben wir im Super-U in Devecey organisiert. Der Kontakt zu Christine war zu jeder Zeit perfekt - sie war immer zu erreichen, immer engagiert. Une maison au charme et aux impulsions particulières. Entouré d'un parc idyllique. Parfait pour nous avec le chien. Nous avons trouvé les grenouilles vivantes de temps en temps très amusantes. Sinon, c'est agréablement calme - nous avons très bien dormi. Notre semaine a malheureusement été quelque peu assombrie dans la perception, par les nombreuses pluies. De sorte que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser l'Ognon avec son offre et son évaluation. (Nous ne sommes pas des pêcheurs à la ligne, mais plutôt des adeptes de la natation, du SUP et du canoë-kayak). Les options alternatives pour les excursions et les entreprises que nous avons trouvées néanmoins suffisamment ! Nous avons organisé un barbecue au Super-U de Devecey. Le contact avec Christine a été parfait à tout moment - elle était toujours disponible, toujours engagée.

Ruhe und Erholung

Für uns war es eine kleine Oase der Erholung. Wir haben uns im gemütlichen Haus sofort wohlgefühlt und das Grundstück war wunderschön und das Baden im Fluss hat alles abgerundet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!
