Character house with garden facing the viaduct

The house is in the "bourgeois" style of the 1920s. It faces the viaduct with its 850 m2 garden. It was renovated in 2012, it is located in an alley between the station and the city center. You can walk to the station. If you come by car, you can park in front of La Chapelle Notre Dame de Lourdes about 100 meters away.

You have the whole house except our room where we will store our things:
- a large room of 20m2 with 140 cm bed, desk area, wardrobe, with direct access to the adjoining bathroom (composed of a sink and a walk-in shower).
- a bedroom of 18m2 with a 140cm bed, dressing room, with direct access to the adjoining shower room (composed of a washbasin and a walk-in shower).
- A small living room with television, library, a sofa bed and a mini-bar.
- A large living room of 40m2, on the ground floor, with kitchen and dining area and a lounge area with television and hi-fi equipment.
