The house has an exterior with a large terrace, a garden, a swimming pool with a shelter consisting of 4 sun loungers. There is also a courtyard with a carport.
A barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal.

The house consists of two floors.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge with ice cubes), a large dining room and a living room with TV and sound system for music, with a fireplace .
On the first floor you will find a master suite with a large bedroom and a modern bathroom and
also a bedroom with a double bed with storage.
On the second floor, a second bathroom with walk-in shower, two bedrooms: a large double bedroom and opposite a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed.
Between the two bedrooms is an office space and a small library.
Upstairs is equipped with air conditioning.

In the garage, a washing machine, a dryer and clotheslines are at your disposal.
