Provencal villa completely renovated with large terrace overlooking Alpilles and Lubéron.

The 2200m² property is fully fenced and fitted with an electric gate at the end of a quiet dead end street.
8 km from Isle sur la Sorgue, 8 km from Avignon, 25 km from Gordes and the most beautiful villages of the Luberon, 87 km from Marseille, 75 km from Aix en Provence.
A few kilometers from the motorway exit and the Avignon TGV station.

This pleasure area was organized into 8 themed gardens symbolically dedicated to an ancient deity.

The Roman garden won gold and silver in the victories of the 2010 landscape for its good integration into the site, its development of archaeological evidence and the educational rendering of the site.

Beautiful house in great location

We were 6 adults and 6 teens and kids. The house was great and well equipped for a large group and had walking distance to a good supermarket. The patio had shade all day long so we had all our meals outside. The pool was lovely and suited both kids and adults. Most of the beds were a bit on the hard side and I would recommend to bring your own pillow if you are a sensitive sleeper. The air-condition worked great but was only operating at specific hours during the night and afternoon. There were only air-condition in the bedrooms and not in the livingroom or kitchen. The owner Olivier and concierge Diane were very serviceminded and easy to contact. We had a beautiful stay and would recommend the house.

En comparaison à plusieurs séjours effectués entre amis dans différentes locations, nous avons trouvé que cette maison présentait un rapport qualité/prix perfectible. Voici les points relevés durant notre séjour :- Cour partagée avec un voisin, bruyant certains soir avec sa table de mixage.- Table de ping-pong endommagée et laissée sur place.- Éclairage extérieur défaillant (coupures répétées sans accès au tableau électrique).- Barbecue installé à l’intérieur de la maison.- Présence de souris (à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, on ne sait toujours pas !) : deux serviettes ont été abîmées (voir photos)Enfin, une retenue de 200 a été effectuée sur la caution pour :- la réparation de la poignée d’entrée, tombée sans raison et démontée ensuite par le jardinier pour réparation).- un barbecue jugé insuffisamment nettoyé, alors qu’aucune brosse ni produit d’entretien n’étaient disponibles et qu’un forfait ménage de 340 est déjà inclus.Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience s’est révélée décevante et en deçà de nos attentes.

A louer sans hésitation

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec sa salle d’eau et toilette dans chaque chambre. La piscine est très bien, le jardin aussi et les propriétaires très réactifs à la moindre demande ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe du jardin (j’en profite pour les remercier). A louer en famille ou entres amis !

La maison est jolie et bien située. Rénovée et aménagée avec goût, elle est très bien équipée. Les chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes privatives sont un plus Véronique est très attentive au bien être de ses hôtes et très sympathique. Ne pas hésiter pour y séjourner.

WIFI inexistant et problème de gas pour le grill. Plus grave, 250 Eue volés pour des dégâts supposés... aucun état des lieux à l'arrivée et donc impossible de prouver que nous avons commis ces dégâts... Gros sentiment d'injustice... et de s'être fait avoir....

Des vacances au top

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette très agréable villa. Grande piscine, barbecue de compétition, des machines à glaçons très appréciées par cette chaleur. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres serait un plus indéniable (une seule en est équipée). Très belle piscine mais le passage du pisciniste prévu une seule fois par semaine n’est pas suffisant pour 12 convives. Les propriétaires, qui sont charmants, ont d’ailleurs convenu d’y remédier à l’avenir. Tout est fait pour passer un agréable moment en famille ou entre amis, il manque juste un grille-pain et une machine Nespresso pour que cela soit parfait.

Magnifique villa avec piscine en Provence

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la villa. Les 6 chambres équipées chacune de leur salle de bain apportent un grand confort et parfaite autonomie. En complément de la grande piscine, nous avons aussi bien joué au billard et ping-pong. La situation géographique proche de gares , d’un supermarché et de Isle sur la Sorgue est appréciable. Le service de conciergerie est attentif et réactif. Une bonne adresse à retenir pour un séjour à 12 personnes.

Jolie Maison de Vacances

Nous avons passés une semaine très agréable au sein de cette superbe villa.🍻 En effet, piscine, billard, terrain de pétanque, Ping Pong et très grande terrasse ont été très sympas pour passer de bons moments entre amis ! Dommage non seulement qu’une seule des chambres soit climatisée avec ces fortes chaleurs malgré ça, très belles chambres et quel bonheur d’avoir 6 salles de bain !!! Merci d’avoir donné votre confiance et merci pour cet agréable séjour ! ☀️
