Construction Notice 2/10/25: Spall repairs are currently underway on the ocean-side units. Please be aware that construction noise may occur between 8 AM and 5 PM. The project is expected to be completed by July 2025.

This condo is located at the Ilikai Marina on the 13th floor. Traveling with friends or family, but don't want to stay in the same room? Perfect, we've got you covered as we have lots of condos in the building, many on the same floor! Ilikai Marina is the best value in Waikiki for your vacation needs; you'll love it's central location close to the beach, shopping and dining options.

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and local/USA phone services is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

Self-service card operated laundry facilities is available on the 8th floor. Trash chute at the end of the hallway. The property has 24/7 Security. Parking is available for $33/day *rates subject to change

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Excellent stay

The apartment was well fitted for use, and very clean. It's very central, about a 5-10min walk to both Ala Moana and Waikiki Beach. A little loud, but quieter than you would think for a city. Would definitely stay again on any future trips.

Convenient and well-priced.

A small studio overlooking the parking lot and city at Ilikai Marina Condos. I prefer staying in this area for convenience. It's a great alternative to hotel stay for business travelers who prefer cooking to dining out for every meal. A few of the dishes were dirty, in the cabinet, always a turn-off, otherwise the condo was clean and well-equipped for my needs. I would definitely stay again on a short trip (less than a week) but prefer the larger flex-1 bedroom (and water views) for longer trips.

Location is great, condo needs TLC

We loved the location the this property, between Waikiki and Ala Moana beaches. When I opened the door cockroaches fled under dishwasher. The property manager left us two rolls of toilet paper, two rolls of paper towels, one bag of dishwasher detergent and three garbage bags. For 10 days. The garbage needs to be removed daily to avoid bugs. The upholstery had holes, and the pictures were probably a decade old. Time for remodel and new photos.

Just what we needed! We last minute decided to tag along on my parents vacation! They stayed at the modern which is SUPER CLOSE. With our full kitchen they often walked over to eat with us. Landry room was nice and check in was super easy even though we got there past office hours, I just emailed them and they put a lockbox on the door. We also got married while on the island, everyone in the building security included were super nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the bathtub can be slippery.
