EASILY WALKABLE, IN THE HEART OF OLD NAPLES! Beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath home- Only a 5-minute stroll to dining/shops and 8-minute walk to the beach! The living room has French doors opening onto your own private patio that overlooks a pretty lake, which is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or reading. Inside, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a comfortable king bed, tile floors, and a washer/dryer inside the home. This is a main-floor, end-unit condo in a small, six-unit, beautifully-landscaped condo building. It's a clean and comfortable home to live in. Between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo. Also, there is a free parking space reserved for guests, but you can also enjoy so much of Naples from this location without a car! Included in your stay, we offer the use of two bicycles with locks and helmets. Additionally, a beautiful pool is available in town at no extra charge! This home is a prime location for guests who enjoy being in close proximity to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, tennis, and fine and performing arts. Naples is known for its beautiful sunsets, and you can get a stunning view of them right at the end of our street!

Immaculate Condo

This was our second stay at this immaculate Condo and just as enjoyable as the first. It has all the amenities needed for a good stay. The shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue are less then a 10 minute walk away. We particularly enjoyed the patio area, which was ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and watching the wildlife on the nearby pond. Patti and Bruce are great hosts. Would highly recommend.

Perfect little place for our visit to Naples

Long awaited holiday in Naples

We had a very enjoyable week at this immaculate property. The owner was very friendly and helpful and had provided everything you could need for your stay. The patio was excellent for relaxing, sunbathing and having a barbeque. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond nearby. Would definitely recommend this property.

Complete perfection

Patti is a perfect host and thinks of everything! The property is immaculate, the sitting areas so relaxing and the extras like beach bikes are awesome. Location is also fantastic! The stroll to the beach, dining and shopping is so easy. Patti checked in with us to make sure everything was good and offered fun options like the little market on Saturday morning. A perfect, sweet property

Everything about this place was better than expected. It was charming, clean and very well thought out in terms of what anybody might want while they were there. I would highly recommend it to anyone… Also a plus is the sweet little lake next to it, where you can sit in a lawn chair and look at the turtles, ducks, herons and other wildlife. Amazing!

Special Naples Condo

Our experience staying at the “Little Gem” was outstanding. Patti and Bruce are the most hospitable people and take excellent take of their property. Patti met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do. The condo has been very recently renovated. The location was just what we wanted, an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of 5th Ave. and 3rd street. The beach was an easy walk as well. We hope to visit there again!

What a great location

We enjoyed walks to beach, the pier, shopping and dining. There are free concerts at the park on Sundays. We went to Empty Bowls to support the hungry in the area. The patio is lovely. The city was dredging the pond next to the patio which attracted all kinds of birds. The owner, Patti, was most helpful and attentive when needed, even calling to tell us to shelter in the laundry area if a storm got bad.

Centrally Located in Old Naples

Had a lovely stay. Particularly enjoyed sipping coffee and reading on the patio. Excellent location near everything. Enjoyed the sounds of children playing at recess across the street. Well stocked with everything. Patti was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure we were happy with everything. Really appreciated the king size bed but it wasn’t as firm as I personally like. Shower is large with excellent water pressure. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Little Gem

This condo is perfectly located for access to downtown Naples restaurants and shops(5th Ave. S and 3rd St S). It is a short walk to the beach, where you can walk for miles or just sit and relax. The condo itself is well appointed, well stocked to get you started (TP, shampoo, ..., Coffee and filters, Clorox wipes, etc) Absolutely lovely patio, with views of a small pond. The owners were so easy to work with and quickly responded to inquiries during our visit. Everything in the condo worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Little Gem is a true gem

We could not have been happier with the condo, the location, and our overall experience. From booking to check-out, clear information was provided by the owner, and communication was always prompt and friendly. The unit itself was sparkling clean, in great condition, and well stocked with everything (and more) one would need, including extra cleaning supplies for these pandemic times. The patio was a lovely and roomy outdoor space to have a cocktail on, and the bikes were great for exploring the neighborhood. It's a huge plus that it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks (we stayed for a week 2 yrs ago) and everything was perfect. It's hard to believe that the unit suffered extensive damage in the hurricane because there is no evidence of it. It has been fully restored. The location is great for walking to the beach, or walking to restaurants on 5th Ave. S or 3rd St. The owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Their communication skills are fantastic and they respond to questions quickly. Reminded us about the Saturday farmers market (a must) and other events happening to during our stay. The kitchen has everything you'll need, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler come in handy, and the large private patio is where we had breakfast and late afternoon snacks. Can't wait for our next stay.

Great Location in Naples Old Town

We found this apartment (ground floor UK, 1st floor USA, no stairs) very comfortable with everything we needed during our ten days stay in April. French Doors from the lounge area open onto a large delightful private patio overlooking a small pond/lake. Loungers, table and chairs make this a lovely, partially shaded spot to sit in the heat of the day. The City Council had drained and cleaned the lake earlier this year and during our stay it was being refilled with water but was not yet completely filled when it will be even prettier; the ducks, geese, birds etc were a delight to watch. You have your own dedicated parking spot just outside the front door but the location near Cambier Park in old Naples means you hardly need a car as 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street both with lots of restaurants and shops are within a very pleasant stroll,. During our stay we met Patti the host , a lovely lady who has thoughtfully provided such things as kitchen and toilet rolls, Kleenex tissues, washing powder, toiletries etc. and she responds immediately to any queries . Two bikes are available to use plus beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The beach is just four blocks up the road and there is a lovely little park there also. What you see in the photos is what you get. The only slight negative is that there is some aircraft noise from small planes going into the airport particularly at the weekends, but this is the same wherever you stay in the central Naples area. We highly recommend a stay here and hope we will be able to return in two years or so. Thank you Patti we loved our stay Christina & John U.K.

We stopped in Naples for dinner while traveling throughout Florida to visit family and friends in 2015, and we were instantly impacted by it's beauty and friendly people. This motivated us to explore Naples some more- both of us loved the town so much, that we purchased properties here that same year. In June 2018, we moved full-time to Naples from NJ, where we both grew up and raised our triplets. We're happy to be living here in one of the most beautiful towns in the country! We've been renting vacation properties for over 9 years now, and we love what we do!

Why they chose this property

In addition to it being a clean, comfortable home in an excellent location, our home was completely renovated in January 2023. It's 6 easy blocks to the beach and just 3 blocks from dining and shopping on trendy 5th Ave South, with 3rd Street South restaurants and weekly Farmers Market also nearby. Cambier Park, with tennis courts, basketball courts, and weekly musical concerts, is literally around the corner. Gulfshore Playhouse is 1/10 mile from the front door. Also, Crayton Cove and Naples City Dock are just a few blocks away!

What makes this property unique

Guests are able to live without a car if they'd like to during their stay at our place. We're just a few minutes' walk to the beach, numerous restaurants, the park, and a short bike ride or nice walk to Wynn's Market for groceries. In addition to this home being recently updated, we especially love the private patio, which is unusual for an Old Naples condo and a lovely feature of this home!
