New villa by the lake

Holiday villa, on the 2nd line of the lake, facing south, new accommodation with direct access to Lake Moutchic.
Ideal setting for a peaceful holiday with family or friends, just 5 km from the ocean and Lacanau golf courses.

HOUSING :

New independent house of 140 m2 living space on an enclosed plot of 334 m2.
Direct access to the lake by a gate overlooking a communal path far from cars.
Possibility to park a vehicle inside and in a nearby car park.

INTERACTIONS WITH TRAVELERS:

For any weekend request, please contact me (750 euros per night).
For extended bridges and weekends, we will offer shorter stays (4 nights minimum), contact me also.
July-August, we offer an arrival on Saturday.
Sheets and towels will be provided except period of less than 7 days. We can offer you a rental system of sheets and towels (in the form of a "kit") at an additional cost if you wish.

For the sake of everyone's comfort, we cannot accept more than 10 people.

The deposit amounts to 1500 euros and will be returned to you once the exit inventory has been validated.
Our house will be entrusted to you, we hope you will feel at home there and we ask you, please, on your departure to return it as is.

NOTES:

1) possibility of renting a sea kayak for 150 euros per week. (a life jacket will be offered with, children must also be equipped with life jackets and must not be left alone on the kayak)

2) possibility of renting baby equipment (cot / high chair / baby bath) for 20 euros per week.

DISTRICT :

The neighborhood is quietly located just a hundred meters from the central Moutchic beach surrounded by residential houses, offering safe walks away from traffic.

TRANSPORT:

Bus stop: Bordeaux-Lacanau link only 30 meters away.
Bike paths nearby.
