Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 4.5 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.
Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
Pool and deck overlook lake.
Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
Great location for Disney area vacation.
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.
Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.
Hot Tub heated free of charge. Tiled throughout the house.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets considered -please mention when inquiring $100 per pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay minus a couple of kitchen essentials were missing (cookie sheet/salt and pepper) and the pillows were not enjoyed by our group. The house and decor are really cute! The host had wonderful response times and seemed pleasant. We enjoyed the view from their hot tub and appreciated not sleeping in a motel.

This was a beautiful place to stay after long days of training. Very clean and all the necessities we needed. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to and relax in. I would recommend the neighborhood and house to anyone staying in the Orlando area. Was also set up perfect if you bring the kids to Disney.

Perfect for Disney

We booked this because of the proximity to Disney. The many amenities were a very NICE bonus! We used the hot tub nightly. It was great for sore muscles from hours of walking! The temps were a little chilly for the pool, but some of the teens did venture in there. The game room was nice after traveling HOURS to get to Orlando! We would definitely stay again if we came here.

Perfect place!

We had 7 adults and the place was plenty spacious for us all. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The was clean and comfortable. It is close to Disney but a little ways away from Universal. Wal Mart is 1.5 miles away so that was convenient. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful vacation home

Our group of three spent the week at this lovely home in February 2025. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean, quiet, and there was nothing better than coming home from a day at the parks and relaxing in the pool/ tub. The owners/managers were always super responsive and were great to work with. We are Universal people, so the drives to and back on I4 were challenging to say the least, but Disney is very close to this property. We would definitely return! Thank you!!Jim Mahoney

We loved everything about this property! It’s even more beautiful than the posted pictures: everything was clean, comfortable, the pool was perfect for the kids (we paid for it to be heated and it was 100% worth it), and it was so conveniently located for our trip to Disney! Maria and Andy were so kind, responded immediately to any questions and were so accommodating with changing our check-in time etc! We are already planning our next vacation stay at this location, it was AMAZING!!!! :)

Property was located within 20 minutes of Disney, depending on traffic, house was very clean except for under sofa in living room, pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use, beds in adult rooms were very comfortable, Princess bed was a hit with our youngest granddaughter!

Amazing Home Away from Home for Disney Vacation

We had plans to visit Disney in October, but hurricane Milton threw a monkey wrench into our trip. We reluctantly cancelled out trip 2 days before our departure. We were travelling with 3 adults, my teenage son, and 5 year old daughter. The day we cancelled, I immediately scoured the internet looking for some where to stay at least 3 months out (so I could begin reserving all our Disney dining reservations again). We have never stayed at a Vrbo for a Disney trip, but I found this house. I read the reviews and pictures of the property and just decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did! The prospect of having our own private pool and hot tub (which were amazing even in 65f weather), as well as a full kitchen and more than enough space then we needed, immediately reignited my familes excitement for the trip. Check-in and check-out was a breeeze. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with Maria and Andy was excellent. We were about 15 minutes away from every park.The property was clean and well maintained. My 4 year old daughter called it the hotel home. Which is excalty what it felt like, a home away from home for our Disney vacation.In away, I'm glad our first plans fell through, becasue I feel this place really made our vacation special.From what we spent on houseing and car rental we spent far far less then what we would have paid staying on resort property and we got to experience everything we wanted to do.I highly recommend this property!

Great place

Had a lovely stay at this rental and the owners were very accommodating to our needs. Perfect location to get to all the theme parks in a reasonable time and plenty of gas stations and grocery stores nearby if needed. Great place to stay for large families, there’s plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend this house for families with small children.

The house is in a great location just minutes from Disney. Quiet neighborhood. House is decorated nicely and was very clean. We paid to heat the pool in December, totally worth it. Hottub was great after long days at Disney. Host had great communication and worked well with us to help and answer questions.

The house was perfect for our stay. The little touches were so thoughtful and very welcoming. So close to the parks too. As well has stores and restaurants. The owners were prompt with communications and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this place!!

Perfect house, close to Disney!

We loved your house! It was perfect for us to spread out and relax after long park days at Disney. And so, so close to the parks and shops/restaurants. The cute welcome sign was also a sweet surprise when we checked in. Thank you & we highly recommend to others in the Orlando/Dosney area.

Great location and back view

Everything was clean and neat. Loved the back patio view of the lake. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they were in good condition. Patio furniture was nice. Everything worked well with no problems.

Perfect place for us

This was the perfect place for our group with two teens and my elderly mom. The house is located 15 minutes from all the Disney parks and about 5 minutes from a Super Walmart and several food spots. The pool and lake view are amazing. The hosts provided everything we needed for our stay (soaps, towels, kitchenware, etc). Check in and check out were a breeze. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again..

Awesome Property!!

My family and I had the best time at this property! The property was clean, the location was perfect in proximity to the parks, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The check-in process was easy and we felt very welcomed upon entry to the home. We visit the Orlando area often, and this was by far the best experience we've had.
