Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 4.5 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.
Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
Pool and deck overlook lake.
Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
Great location for Disney area vacation.
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.
Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.
Hot Tub heated free of charge. Tiled throughout the house.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets considered -please mention when inquiring $100 per pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets.
Pool heat & 2nd pet fee if required will be billed separately.

Everything was amazing, from the ease of reserving the house to checking in, staying and checking out. Everything was as stated. Very clean house and in a great location and neighborhood. The host were amazing and always responded to any questions accurately and timely and they were always very polite. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

We had an amazing week staying here! The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The hosts are so nice and are so quick to respond if you ever need anything or have any questions. They even had a personalized welcome sign when we got there which really added a nice, thoughtful touch to our check in. The location is fantastic! The house overlooks a lake and is the perfect setting for the most incredible sunsets. There are plenty of stores and restaurants conveniently nearby if you should need anything during your stay and plenty of attractions to keep you busy. The house even has a small game room with a pool table, foosball and darts and has some board games, dvds and books for those rainy days. This was such an enjoyable stay for my family and we will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Florida!

Perfect house, close to Disney!

We loved your house! It was perfect for us to spread out and relax after long park days at Disney. And so, so close to the parks and shops/restaurants. The cute welcome sign was also a sweet surprise when we checked in. Thank you & we highly recommend to others in the Orlando/Dosney area.

Property was located within 20 minutes of Disney, depending on traffic, house was very clean except for under sofa in living room, pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use, beds in adult rooms were very comfortable, Princess bed was a hit with our youngest granddaughter!

We loved everything about this property! It’s even more beautiful than the posted pictures: everything was clean, comfortable, the pool was perfect for the kids (we paid for it to be heated and it was 100% worth it), and it was so conveniently located for our trip to Disney! Maria and Andy were so kind, responded immediately to any questions and were so accommodating with changing our check-in time etc! We are already planning our next vacation stay at this location, it was AMAZING!!!! :)

Perfect Location

Celebrating spouse’s birthday at Disney so location was perfect. 10 minutes from most parks. Pool was a refreshing end to day. Split master bedrooms was especially nice for 2 couples to have a bit of privacy. Would stay again.

One of our favorite places yet. Great house in a nice community near Disney. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone. No issues with the house at all but the property manager was very responsive when we reached out to her. I would book again.

Fabulous villa

One of the best villas we have stayed in in Orlando. 10 minutes to Disney, with easy drive routes. The villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy down time after the busy parks. Maria and Andy are the perfect hosts. Unobtrusive, but there if you need them. Very friendly and helpful. An amazing vacation in this beautiful villa with a stunning view of the lake and colourful fountain.

Great location!

This is a great location to visit Epcot Park. I hate a long drive back to a rental after walking around the parks in the heat all day. This was a very short drive. Many restaurants to choose from and great shopping 2 miles away from the house. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated after walking all day. House was very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay!

After arriving at the rental that we had originally booked and finding a pool that was unable to be used and many other issues, I immediately went on Vrbo and found this listing. Andy and Maria could not have been more accommodating. The house, the pool, the hot tub are amazing but it was Andy and Maria that made the day! Right up to the welcome sign that was waiting for us and the days that followed, they kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Exceeded Expectations!

Pictures can be deceiving. But in this case - they didn't do the property justice. Everything was very nice. Well-kept, clean, well-maintained, and totally perfect for our needs. All communications were prompt and professional. Location worked great for us. Area was safe, and quiet. Price was reasonable. You would be hard-pressed to find anything better in anywhere-near the price range. We had a great time - thank you!

Everything was great!

Communications and our experience from booking through the end of our stay was awesome. Prior to coming we requested a date change and fortunately it was available and granted without any issues. We felt welcomed and loved the home’s attention to detail. There was a personalized welcome sign, activity brochures for the area, clean and spacious home, and plenty to do while we waited out a Tropical Storm. On our first full day there was a problem with the AC that was responded to and fixed very quickly. We highly recommend booking with Maria and Andy. We surely will when we return.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations!We (two adults and our adult daughter) stayed at this incredible home in Kissimmee from July 2–9, 2025, after visiting New York City and Atlanta. Having rented many vacation homes across the US over the past 25 years, we can confidently say: this one is outstanding in every possible way.The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The pool was perfectly maintained, the air conditioning worked flawlessly and quietly, and—something truly rare—the pool cage was completely intact with no damage whatsoever. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in.What stood out most was the seamless experience. Everything was so well organized that we didn’t even need to contact the host during our stay—which is, in our opinion, a sign of true excellence.Only after we had already left did we realize we had forgotten a toiletry bag. We called Maria, and she immediately arranged for it to be shipped to us in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. It arrived the very next day. Thank you again, Maria, for going above and beyond!In short: This was one of the very best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced – impeccably maintained and exemplary in every respect. Great Location and Neighborhood

The house was perfect for and my husband and me. It was a little cool for swimming but the hot tub was enjoyed daily. Having the lake in the back yard sold us on the house as my husband enjoyed taking pictures of the various birds that visited the lake. We played golf at the Disney courses frequently which were easy to get to. There is no carpet in the house which is a plus if you bring a dog. Could not have asked for a more responsive management when questions arose.

Great place to stay

Maria and Andy are the perfect hosts. Responsive when you need them but leave you on your own otherwise. We have had some hosts try to schedule major repair work while we are staying, which can ruin your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and safe. Property has most everything you need. Anything missing can be found at Target, Publix or Wal-Mart nearby. Restaurants, parks and golf are all nearby. Very convenient neighborhood. This property was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Great stay. You can't go wrong.

Amazing Home Away from Home for Disney Vacation

We had plans to visit Disney in October, but hurricane Milton threw a monkey wrench into our trip. We reluctantly cancelled out trip 2 days before our departure. We were travelling with 3 adults, my teenage son, and 5 year old daughter. The day we cancelled, I immediately scoured the internet looking for some where to stay at least 3 months out (so I could begin reserving all our Disney dining reservations again). We have never stayed at a Vrbo for a Disney trip, but I found this house. I read the reviews and pictures of the property and just decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did! The prospect of having our own private pool and hot tub (which were amazing even in 65f weather), as well as a full kitchen and more than enough space then we needed, immediately reignited my familes excitement for the trip. Check-in and check-out was a breeeze. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with Maria and Andy was excellent. We were about 15 minutes away from every park.The property was clean and well maintained. My 4 year old daughter called it the hotel home. Which is excalty what it felt like, a home away from home for our Disney vacation.In away, I'm glad our first plans fell through, becasue I feel this place really made our vacation special.From what we spent on houseing and car rental we spent far far less then what we would have paid staying on resort property and we got to experience everything we wanted to do.I highly recommend this property!
