Family home in Normandy between Mont St Michel and Granville

Located in lush greenery is a restored farmhouse with green areas of nearly 3000 square meters. The house is south facing. It is OPEN for stays of 5 to 7 nights or more. Requests for short stays of 3 NIGHTS or 2 (extended weekends in April May or June or summer) are possible subject to availability of course.
Walking, cycling, outdoor games are possible and the sea is 20 minutes (Jullouville or Carolles)
In 15 minutes you will be in the center of Avranches or with a little more time in Granville ... The Mont Saint Michel, the house of the Bay, the crossing of the strikes, the Abbeys of Lucerne or Hambye, but also the Champré Zoo are not far away.
On the ground floor, there is the living room communicating with a kitchen, a bathroom with bath, a reserve with washing machine.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 1 with 3 beds 1 person. We sleep well, it's the calm. The toilets are separated, one on the ground floor the other upstairs. The parquet floor covers the floor of the floor. A yard is near the reserve.
Table, barbecue, parasol, chairs and garden chairs are available.

Pure Nature less than half an hour away from Granville and the Atlantic - perfect

A great time at La Chère. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the house and the outdoor area. Granville is an amazing City and the beach of Bellville-sur-mer is perfect. Both of them less are than half an hour driving distance away.

Wunderschönes Landhaus in der Normandie

Liebe Claire und Allain, wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Ihrem schönen Landhaus. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und hat eine sehr persönliche Note. Der Garten ist sehr weitläufig, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist wohltuend. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben viel unternommen, haben Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht und waren an den Stränden nördlich und südlich von Granville zum baden. Es war wunderbar, vielen Dank und hoffentlich auf nächstes Mal,

Aufenthalt zwischen ländlicher Ruhe und Beach

Für die Region typisches Haus auf dem Land. Gute Lage für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in Richtung Ärmelkanal mit sehr schönen Stränden, Mont-St.-Michel, Saint Malo etc. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und praktische Einweisung nach der Ankunft. Empfehlenswert auch für Familien mit Kindern (u.a. Pferde und Esel in der Nachbarschaft) Mobilität in dieser Region grundsätzlich Vorbedingung.

Wundervoller Rückzugsort

Das Haus ist ein wunderschöner Mix von historischen und 2018 modernisierten Bauelementen. Wie haben uns in dem super ausgestatteten Haus zu sechst im normannischen Sommer sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Bilder des Hauses verkaufen das Haus etwas unter Wert. U.a. Der Blick auf das Kornfeld und die Abendsonne im Haus sowie die netten Nachbarn verbreiten eine schöne Urlaubsstimmung. Liebe Grüße

Se retrouver pour souffler

Nous sommes un groupe de musique et nous avions plusieurs concerts à donner dans la région. Pour joindre l'utile à l'agréable nous avons décidé de louer un gîte pour nous et nos épouses. Il nous fallait un endroit calme, champêtre, spacieux pour avoir un minimum d'intimité et assez isolé pour pouvoir faire un peu de musique sans déranger les voisins. Cette maison a coché toutes les cases et même au-delà de nos espérances. De plus le gîte est très bien équipé et les literies sont de qualité. La communication avec les propriétaires est simple et efficace et les seuls voisins très serviables et charmant (allez Dax !!). On vous conseille cet endroit sans problème !!!

Séjour idéal pour dépaysement total !

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines à La Chère et nous avons grandement apprécié nos vacances. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et chacun avait son espace. La location, très bien rénovée, était très propre à notre arrivée et se situe à proximité de sites intéressants (villes touristiques, plages, zoo, parc d'attraction...). C'est aussi l'endroit idéal pour se déconnecter du quotidien notamment avec un accès internet très limité. Le grand jardin et le peu de passage ont été très appréciés des petits comme des grands. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires, très sympathiques et à l'écoute, avec qui les échanges ont été fluides. Une seule recommandation : Allez-y les yeux fermés. Je recommande à 100% !

Had a fabulous time here. Was extremely well equipped, perfectly located and so peaceful and relaxing. Only let down was the internet especially with 4 kids. Would have been great to be able to watch iPads or tv/dvd to calm down before bed. But apart from that we had a brilliant holiday.

Idéal grande famille ou entre amis.

Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute, répond très vite au mail et à vos demandes. Dossier d'accueil/consigne disponible sur place pour les différentes activités dans la région. La propriété est conforme aux photos et descriptif, propre et bien agencé. Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants, cuisine/salon/salle à manger assez grande pour ne pas se marcher dessus. Table de salle à manger assez grande pour tt le monde, couvert (en nombre suffisant) et ustensile de cuisine sur place. Micro onde, lave vaisselle + table et fer a repasser disponible. Petit bémol pour le réfrigérateur/congélateur un peu petit pour la partie frigo (4/5 personnes, au vu de la capacité d'accueil). Grand jardin, champs autour, 1er voisin à une centaine de mètre, secteur très calme. Supermarché à 10min en voiture. Cure de désintox au portable et à l'internet, orange est celui que l'on capte le mieux, clé 4g fourni mais ne compté pas regarder des vidéos (plus proche du 2g).
