Cozy air-conditioned, furnished studio-apartment consists of living room with sleeping area, open-plan kitchen, bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower) and terrace. The terrace provides a pleasant panoramic view over the sea, mounts and Taormina!
The decor of the apartment is elegant, simple and functional complete with everything needed. There are 2-3 sleeping places (available 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed), TV, climatizatore, refrigerator, wifi.
The apartment is located on the six floor of the residence.
At the entrance of the residence there are Bar with Sicilian home-made food and grocery shop. Private parking is available on request.
The residence is located in 150m away from the sea reachable by foot in 5 minutes. The beach with the sand is available both free of charge or for payment with sun bed and umbrellas. The beach is very beautiful and spacious, next to it there is a nature reserve Alcantara.
Nearby there are shopping center I Gabbiani with a big supermarket and shops, bus stops to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places. On seturday morning in front of the residence takes place typical Sicilian open air market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetable or something for home.
Giardini-Naxos center is 1 km away, Taormina is about 5 km away.
