Housing

This apartment has a kitchen area, a large living area, a sleeping area, and toilets (shower / sink / Wc). Two beds are provided (sheets included & bed made on arrival), possibility of adding a cot. You have a milling machine, fridge, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, electric hob.

Travelers access

Free parking spaces in the street just behind the apartment building. Depending on the schedule requested by the occupant, the keys are given by a neighborhood restaurant, or by hand. Bus / Tram station at the foot of the building. SNCF station 12min walk, 2min by car. The address of the building is sent to you by SMS upon reservation, as well as the conditions for the delivery of keys. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, central door on the landing.

Exchanges with travelers

Depending on your arrival time, the keys will either be hand delivered to you, or made available in a neighborhood restaurant, open non-stop from 8h to 0h. Without specific request from you:
-> Arrivals from 18. 00h
-> Departures before 2.00pm

Other remarks

On the day of your departure, the keys must be returned to the restaurant. In case of night departure (between 0h & 8h), deposit this key in the mailbox of the company EIRL MATHS AVENTURAS CAEN.

We ask you to remove the used lingerie (sheets, pillowcases) and return the apartment in the state where you found it, that is to say:
- Complete cleaning done
- Sink, Washbasin, Shower rinsed
- Tidy indoor and outdoor furniture
- Emptied trash cans
- Clean bag on the bins to place
