We have tried to keep the charm and authenticity of this house but by bringing it all the modernity possible.

Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, laundry, WC

1st fl. : 4 bedrooms (2 queen size beds, 2 double beds and 2 baby beds), 1 walk-in shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 WC

2nd fl. : huge dormitory with 7 single beds, shower room with WC, large living room, TV

Enclosed grounds, parking in the courtyard, garden with garden furniture and barbecue, volleyball net

Comme à la maison

Une belle maison confortable et conviviale , parfaitement équipée , idéale pour un séjour familial réussi. Le billard et le baby foot ont été particulièrement appréciés , le grand dortoir a fait le bonheur des cousins et la maison est suffisamment agréable pour ne pas regretter de ne pas avoir pu profiter de l’extérieur. Un sans faute! Merci à Isabelle et Philippe pour leur accueil chaleureux et bravo pour cette belle rénovation !

een fantastisch mooie familie weekend

een met veel smaak gerestaureerd "kasteeltje". Zeer comfortabel, veel ruimte en vooral zeer net. Isabelle en Philippe waren op post om ons met veel hartelijkheid te verwelkomen en een rondleiding te geven in het huis. Ook bij vertrek kwamen ze ons nog een "au revoir, à bientôt" wensen. Un grand mercie - We komen beslist terug.

Wonderful House

We had a lovely break away with the whole family for a birthday celebration. Having this house as the venue made it extra special. It is a fabulous entertaining space with bags of class and extras to keep the kids entertained.

Nous avons passé un super weekend dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est super pratique et adapté à un sejour entre amis ou en famille. La decoration est soignée et les chambres sont trop bien. Le jardin à l arriere est suffisament grand pour flaner. Avec l acceuil des proprietaires hyper gentils et attentifs à l idée de vous faire passer un bon séjour, nous avons passé un moment très agréable.

Amazing stay

We hired the house as a group of 6. The house is beautiful amd had everything we could need. Lots of space, lovely touches throughout and within easy reach of great places to visit. Isabelle was the perfect host, showing us where everything was and making us feel comfortable and even leaving a couple of welcome treats for us. We all had an amazing time and I'm sure we'll be back!

Beautiful house - we were sad to leave

What a beautiful house and garden. Isabelle and Philippe are charming and very helpful. The facilities are excellent, lots of different things to amuse our wide range of ages - table football, pool, darts, children's velcro darts, plenty of board games etc. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the bedrooms are large, light and airy. The bathrooms are great, very spacious and the showers good and strong. It's a beautiful Château, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. We felt absolutely at home and were very sad to leave.

Absolutely wonderful!

The house at Neuville-sous-Montreuil is absolutely lovely. In fact, it’s actually better than the photos in real life! The bedrooms are all comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice with good showers. The room in the loft is huge and there is plenty of room, we had 8 teenagers up there (we brought a camp bed with us as there is 7 beds) and they have a lounge area up there which they loved. The garden is beautiful, and it was great to have so many options for games with the darts, table football, boule, and the fantastic cellar pool room. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed cooking for 16 easily. The village has a great little shop and a couple of boulangeries, and a small tabac bar where the locals were very friendly and welcoming. Overall we would highly recommend the house and had a great holiday there.

Elegant and Sophisticated Living in Historic French Village

Everything about this beautiful property has been thoughtfully and meticulously presented. It is a bright, spacious house with large windows that let the sun stream in. The stone walls and iron gates keep the boundary secure for children and pets. The bedrooms are airy and beautify decorated with loads of finishing touches. Most of all it is comfortable. The sofas are cozy, the dining tables are long and sociable and the bathrooms are big and clean. We are frequent European and North American travellers and I can say definitively we have never stayed somewhere with a more well appointed kitchen; absolutely perfect for keen cooks or for a caterer. The children had fun, our guests were impressed by the elegance and we had a relaxing and peaceful holiday . The proximity to Montreuil sur Mer, its shops and restaurants and the nearby beaches make it a terrific place to return to again and again. And we will!

Un séjour superbe

Super! La cuisine était très bien équipée, du jamais vu. Et le dortoir pour les enfants avec leur propre TV et jeux étaient magnifique. Aussi le jardin, le baby-foot, la table à billiard dans la cave, la salle à manger et la table dehors avec plein de chaises. L'accueil et l'adieu de Philippe et Isabelle étaient chaleureux.

Merveilleux week-end en famille dans cette magnifique demeure. Isabelle et Philippe sont vraiment des hôtes très gentils et chaleureux. Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi. La maison est vraiment très belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et elle correspond en tout point à la description du site. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir. Maison idéale pour un week-end en famille

Une belle demeure pour passer des moments agréables en famille ... tout était conçu pour le bonheur de chacun , adultes ou enfants . Ces derniers ont été ravis d’avoir leur coin à eux dans le dortoir salle de jeux du 2ème étage . Bravo aux propriétaires qui ont su redonner une âme à cette belle maison , nous les remercions pour cette belle initiative ! Les photos et la description étaient en tous point conforme avec la maison louée. En plus d'avoir beaucoup de charme, l'intérieur a été refait il y a peu avec beaucoup de goût et la disposition des pièces et des chambres rend la maison facile à vivre même pour un grand groupe (nous étions 18). Le jardin et la terrasse sont parfaits pour des bbq ou pour jouer dans l'herbe tout en prenant l'apéro. Bien que les plages soient à 20-25min, elles restent facilement accessible pour une après-midi. Au coeur du village, les commerces (boulangerie, épicerie, boucher) sont littéralement en face de la maison, ce qui extrèmement pratique. Et le grand plus est le dortoir aménagé au 2ème étage: les enfants y ont un espace à eux très agréable et parfaitement sécurisé (nous avons des petits de 2 à 7 ans et ils pouvaient s'y amuser sans surveillance particulière). Les propriétaires étaient très réactifs et accueillants. Ils étaient également de bons conseils et flexibles. Une location parfaite pour un long we en famille.

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour dans cette propriété remarquablement remise à neuf. Il ne manquait rien (mis à part un peu plus de soleil ...mais ça... :-) Tout s'est très bien déroulé pour tout le monde présent (11 adultes, 4 enfants de 3ans et deux bébés). La maison était assez grande pour tout le monde, on ne s'est jamais marchés sur les pieds (notamment grâce aux 3 salles de bain ;-) Le must étant d'aller chercher les oeufs pondus par les poules du poulailler chaque matin! A recommander vivement!

Une très belle demeure agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé Noël dans les meilleures conditions possibles, dans cette maison aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et en plus bien équipée ! La maison est également spacieuse, nous étions à l'aise à 15 personnes. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires en prime ! Cette maison est parfaite pour les réunions de famille !
