Classified lodging ** at 700 m from the sea. This fully renovated semi-detached stone house of 70m², facing south with views of the sea and the forest, can accommodate up to 4 people in a quiet hamlet of Cancale.

5 mins walk from the sea and the GR34 - customs path. Plans are available for pleasant walks from the house.

On the ground floor :
- fitted kitchen with combined oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine
- living room with sofa and armchair, TV, free WiFi
- Separate toilet with hand basin
- Storage under the stairs (clothes dryer, ironing board, Iron, vacuum cleaner)

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and its private bathroom, overlooking the garden and the countryside
- 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 bed and its private bathroom, with sea view from the balcony
- WC.

SHEETS AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. Duvets and pillows are provided.

For your stay we offer you if you wish:
        - a cleaning fee of 40 €
        - rental of sheets 15 € per bed linen
        - rental of household linen € 10 (hand towels, tea towels).

- 24m² south-facing terrace with furniture

The house does not have equipment for young children.

Countryside situation plus Sea.

Lovely situation in calm countryside plus added bonus of the sea being within walking distance. The gite is very tastefully furnished. The garden is private. Added bonus for us was the tv with Netflix , in English language. Lovely owners and family next door, friendly but respecting of your pri acy. We will be back. Ps . Some amazing walks in the area too

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus mit Gartengrundstück. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind im 1. OG, das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist in das jeweilige Schlafzimmer geschmackvoll integriert. Über einen kleinen Pfad ist der nächste Strand und der Zöllnerfpfad sehr gut zu erreichen. Wie wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances dans ce superbe gîte, au calme. Il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et il n'y manque rien. Cela fait 18 ans que nous passons nos vacances à Cancale, et ce gîte est de loin le plus agréable que nous ayons occupé. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine. Les points forts que nous avons apprécié : le jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, la terrasse ensoleillée avec transats et parasol, la literie (c'est important pour nous; il y a bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas aussi bien dormi), les belles salles de bains, la situation pour les ballades.Les points faibles: aucun.Merci encore à Corinne et Romuald pour leur accueil chaleureux, et particulièrement leurs petites attentions: les fleurs fraiches dans la chambre et le salon, et les présents d'accueil. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce gîte confortable , décoré avec beaucoup de goût (mention spéciale pour l'établi et la malle ) Merci à Corine pour son accueil chaleureux , la boutelle de cidre, les rillettes de la mer et ses petits bouquets bucoliques !
