Nice garden, neglected house

The house looks nice from a distance but is poorly maintained. The resulting grubbiness and musty smells are best avoided by staying outside as much as possible and keeping the windows open. The garden is the best feature and it is a very quiet and peaceful location. This makes it an ok base for a summer vacation.

Fin juin à Kerdavid

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. Elle est très bien équipée, il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et un peu plus (la table de ping pong par exemple). Le jardin est très agréable. Bon emplacement sur l'île. La communication a bien fonctionné avec aussi bien la propriétaire que la "gardienne" dans le village.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge. Maison rustique qui nécessiterait quelques rafraîchissements mais qui en demeure très confortable et bien équipée (dont épicerie de base appréciable). Jardin magnifique et très calme au sein d’un petit village à proximité d’une grande et belle plage (grands sables). Locmaria est la ville la plus proche avec quelques restaurants (on vous conseille notamment le Suet) et une petite épicerie avec dépôt de pains (utile même s’il ne s’agit pas du meilleur pain de l’île). Les autres villes sont à une dizaine de minutes en voiture.
