Pool, private beach and boat launch are within the community with passes included. Bluewater Casino is located five minutes from this river community. Summer time activities include boating, fishing, jetskiing, beachtime. Off-roading activities are popular here as well. A short drive into Laughlin and Las Vegas in Nevada and Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Phoenix in Arizona.
