The apartment house is located in a quiet central location in Oberau - Wildschönau in the Kitzbühel Alps. With us you can spend your holidays in any season.

The large family apartment "Wildschönau" is located in the basement and has its own entrance, which leads directly into the adjacent garden. You can use this apartment the garden area right outside the door alone. (With barbecue, tables, garden bench, chairs, sun loungers, ...)

The 95 m² large, cozy apartment is set up as follows:

300 KM well-maintained trails at altitudes from 828 to 2309 meters through the beautiful mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps. 46 cultivated pastures are a cozy retreat (with fabulous views) are available. (Eg Alpine breakfast on the Norderbergalm or on the Farnkaseralm)

High Ropes Course:
The rope park, in the natural trees are connected with ropes, is located in 17-21 meters above the ground. 31 different stations, it is in three levels of difficulty to be overcome (for children from possible height 1.40 m) schedule depending on group size and number of exercises that you go through it was about 2 ½ to 3 hours.

Travel by private car!
The Wildschönau is located halfway between Munich and Innsbruck! It is best to take the motorway exit Wörgl Ost! and then follow the road to Wörgl to the church! 100 meters after the church there is the junction turn left towards Wildschönau! The L3 Wildsch. Country road until you reach the village of Oberau 2. (1.Ort is Niederau).

In Oberau past the church and down to about 300 meters turn right Cafe Moorhof can be seen. Opposite the Cafe is the entrance to our house Astoria (2nd row).
For Toll-free directions, so pay a route without the hassle of motorway tolls to have to just take the motorway Kiefersfelden and then about 20 kilometers of federal road to Wörgl.

Arriving by train:
By train to Wörgl! At the station, the buses of ÖBB several times a day several times towards Wildschönau! This bus take to stop secondary school Oberau! From there it is only about 300 meters walk downhill to our apartments.

In winter, a holiday experience for young and old!

From our house to reach the various ski resorts in no time.

It is just 300 meters from the ski lift and cross-country ski trail in Oberau.
At the resort Ski Jewel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau invite 145 kilometers of piste and 46 lifts a to enjoy skiing and winter to the fullest.
Slopes for all difficulty levels and requirements are. With beginner ski lifts in the valley and matching Skischulprogrammen ski-Learning is made easy for everyone.

Race'n Boarder Arena in Niederau is a circuit with constant speed measurement. In addition, there is a special carving zone, a giant slalom course and a slalom Lane. In the "Race'n Boarder Arena" there is action programs, such as every Friday giant slalom for everyone to participate.

The perfect beginner-area with ski rental and toboggan run from our house just 200 meters away! After a successful day of skiing you can even go back to the front door. Since Oberau is exactly in the middle between Niederau and Auffach can choose daily between the supply-rich Niederau ski resort and the higher guaranteed snow offer in Auffach advanced skiers. Ski passes are for all 3 areas are the same and therefore the area is daily freely selectable. Also offers Wildschönau a lot. Tobogganing, cross-country skiing, horse-drawn carriage.

10 minutes away from us is the largest connected ski area in Austria.
