The Space:
Located on the 10th floor (UNIT #1008) of the desirable Regency Isle Condominium complex, this Gulf-front, well-appointed unit offers all of the comforts of home with unbeatable access to Orange Beach! Switch into vacation mode as you step onto the cool tile flooring of this beautifully furnished unit and soak in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Start your day with a cup of hot coffee on the spacious private balcony and listen to the sound of the Gulf tide tapping the shoreline. Afterward, head back in to prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen.

A wet bar in the hallway offers extra counter space.

Days not spent on the white-sand beach are best spent relaxing by the swimming pool and with the sun on your back and your favorite cocktail in-hand. You'll also enjoy access to an indoor pool and hot tub during your stay. Create your own spa day in the sauna and steam room or utilize the on-site fitness center.

A half-bath in the common area of the condo is shared with the full-sized washer and dryer to make laundry an easy task to prepare for your next day in paradise.

When you're ready to retire for the night, retreat to one of the 2 luxuriously furnished bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, his and her vanities, jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite includes a queen-sized bed, a twin bed and adjoining full bath. A full-sized sleeper sofa allows 2 other guests creating a comfortable space for 7 to sleep.

Unit 1008 features upscale furnishings, plush linens, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining table that seats 6, separate wet bar, 3 flat-screen cable TVs, a 27 ft. x 12 ft. private balcony with ample furniture overlooking the white-sand beach, 2 parking spaces (1 reserved covered spot & 1 unreserved parking spot) are available with a parking pass, covered entry, free Wi-Fi, and much more

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all of the complex amenities that you expect from a premier gulf-front resort such as: gulf-side pool and hot tub, indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna/seam rooms, fitness room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court and horseshoes. The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available.

The Neighborhood:
When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!

Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, and more.

This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!

This condo is a non-smoking condo even on the balcony.
If you need additional space in the same complex, ask us about our other units at Regency Isle.
Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”.

Great (interrupted) view
This is a fantastic property. It had great views, was spacious, clean and even had a great reserved parking place - when available. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. The refrigerator had some missing and broken shelves that limited the capacity for food. A couple of chairs on the balcony were missing some screws and were ready to fall apart. The biggest disappointment was the presence of painters on scaffolds going up and down in front of our balcony. This went on for the entire month. The painters also blocked off our great parking spot several days. I realize that the building needs routine maintenance but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the slowest painters in the world had been hired to do the job.

Get away
Wife and I planned a last minute get away to relax and enjoy the beach life. It was perfect. While we aren’t “sitting on the beach” types, we enjoy being near and sitting on a balcony looking at the ocean and beach. The view was amazing and perfect for us. The condo was very spacious and more than enough space for a family of 4+.
