The house is a town house for 4 people, which on one side overlooks the road (Honfleur and Deauville) and on the other overlooks a dead end, behind the docks Trouville.
House 7 minutes walk from the train station, Deauville, near docks, restaurants, shops, beach, pool, Thalasso, market all on foot.
Fisherman's house on 2 floors, kitchen overlooking a raised balcony (side dead end).

on the 2nd floor: master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds
Family home, thank you to pay attention to the stairs especially with the sand. We thank you for removing your shoes when you climb the stairs, to preserve it. Thank you for your understanding.
Very nice house, ideal for week of vacation at the sea.

La maison est exactement comme dans l'annonce : propre, lumineuse, très pratique. On y trouve tout le nécessaire et on se sent tout de suite bien. Le balcon est un vrai plus pour les repas ou la détente. La location est très proche des commerces, à 10 minutes de la gare et à peine à 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous recommandons totalement !

das Haus ist größer als gedacht und wirklich gut gelegen. Strand und Markt und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, man kann auch kochen, glatte Empfehlung!! Und Parken war sogar im August auf der Straße gratis! also glatte Empfehlung, es ist wirklich eine gute Urlaubsbasis!! ausus

Wunderbar!

Wir haben zwei schöne und gemütliche Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verlebt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort lief super. Die Ausstattung, insbes. der Küche, war mehr als umfangreich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!

Agréable petite maison de pêcheur en centre ville

Bonne. Pas de surprise par rapport à l’annonce. Maison bien équipée, centre proche. Phobiques des escaliers et des rues en pente s’abstenir ! Profusion de restaurants alentour.

Maison bien équipée et proche des principales attractions touristiques.

Nous avons séjournés 1 semaine en couple avec un enfant de 5 ans. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipements de la maison qui dispose aussi de multiples rangements. Il s'agit d'une maison ancienne de pêcheur qui sent bon les vacances. Mon fils a pu profiter d'une chambre pour lui qui contenait quelques jeux, livres et de la place. Si vous souhaitez être proche du port et de la plage, l'emplacement est idéal du moment que vous aimez marcher un tout petit peu. Autre point à souligner, très bon contact avec les propriétaires présents par téléphone/SMS pour vous aider si problème particulier.

Maison bien centrale

Un lieu sympathique et atypique. Très central. Nous sommes venus en voiture et nous n’avons finalement pas eu tellement de difficultés à nous garer. La maison est fraîche et agréable à vivre. Manque peut-être un espace extérieur un peu mieux aménagé, le balcon est très petit pour tenir à 4.

Charmante et bien située !

Petite maison charmante et très bien située, on peut tout faire a pieds sans voiture, nous sommes venus en train, et avons profité de la poissonnerie, des commerces et de la plage. Les escaliers sont un peu fatigant avec les enfants mais c'est ce qui fait son charme de maison ancienne.

Nous avons été absolument enchantés par les lieux. une très belle bâtisse dans un cadre magnifique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans cet intérieur décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de simplicité. Accueilli par Océane, une personne très agréable et sociable. La maison est très bien située et très accessible (gars, magasin, restaurant, plage...) ils nous manquait que le soleil pour compléter notre joie. Nous reviendrons. Merci Hélène et Marc. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Wir können dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen! Helene ist unheimlich nett und hat phantastisch mit uns kommuniziert. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war total unkompliziert. Wir waren sofort begeistert davon, wie geschmackvoll und liebevoll das Haus eingerichtet ist und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist superzentral in Trouville-sur-Mer. Die Altstadt und der Strand sind wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub!!! Merci Helene et Karine!!!

Maison agréable et bien situé

Maison très bien équipé et bien pensé sur 2 étages, il y’a tout le confort nécessaire, double vitrage appréciable dans les chambres et petite cour sympa. Proche de la boulangerie, du Monoprix et de la mer. Accueil agréable. Vivement recommandé et il est fort probable que je revienne :)

Maison bien situé, proche de tout, rien ne manquer a l'intérieur, vaisselles etc... Peut-être a revoir au dernier étage chambres,une barrière sécurité enfants. Tout était parfait.a recommander.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix !

Maison de pêcheurs authentique pleine de charme. La petite courette/ impasse était un vrai + pour les enfants. Localisation idéale pour tout faire a pieds (plage commerces).

Très bon séjour

La maison caractéristique de la région est très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est très bien située à Trouville. Nous étions deux adultes et deux adolescentes à y séjourner : la surface de la maison est grande ; c'était idéal.
