The house is a town house for 4 people, which on one side overlooks the road (Honfleur and Deauville) and on the other overlooks a dead end, behind the docks Trouville.
House 7 minutes walk from the train station, Deauville, near docks, restaurants, shops, beach, pool, Thalasso, market all on foot.
Fisherman's house on 2 floors, kitchen overlooking a raised balcony (side dead end).
Kitchen opening onto dining room, sleeps 4, sofa,
1st floor: bathroom and separate toilet
on the 2nd floor: master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds
Family home, thank you to pay attention to the stairs especially with the sand. We thank you for removing your shoes when you climb the stairs, to preserve it. Thank you for your understanding.
Very nice house, ideal for week of vacation at the sea.

das Haus ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als gedacht und wirklich gut gelegen. Strand und Markt und GeschĂ€fte sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, man kann auch kochen, glatte Empfehlung!! Und Parken war sogar im August auf der Straße gratis! also glatte Empfehlung, es ist wirklich eine gute Urlaubsbasis!! ausus

Wunderbar!

Wir haben zwei schöne und gemĂŒtliche Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verlebt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort lief super. Die Ausstattung, insbes. der KĂŒche, war mehr als umfangreich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!

Maison bien équipée et proche des principales attractions touristiques.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ©s 1 semaine en couple avec un enfant de 5 ans. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les nombreux Ă©quipements de la maison qui dispose aussi de multiples rangements. Il s'agit d'une maison ancienne de pĂȘcheur qui sent bon les vacances. Mon fils a pu profiter d'une chambre pour lui qui contenait quelques jeux, livres et de la place. Si vous souhaitez ĂȘtre proche du port et de la plage, l'emplacement est idĂ©al du moment que vous aimez marcher un tout petit peu. Autre point Ă  souligner, trĂšs bon contact avec les propriĂ©taires prĂ©sents par tĂ©lĂ©phone/SMS pour vous aider si problĂšme particulier.

Maison bien centrale

Un lieu sympathique et atypique. TrĂšs central. Nous sommes venus en voiture et nous n’avons finalement pas eu tellement de difficultĂ©s Ă  nous garer. La maison est fraĂźche et agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Manque peut-ĂȘtre un espace extĂ©rieur un peu mieux amĂ©nagĂ©, le balcon est trĂšs petit pour tenir Ă  4.

Charmante et bien située !

Petite maison charmante et trÚs bien située, on peut tout faire a pieds sans voiture, nous sommes venus en train, et avons profité de la poissonnerie, des commerces et de la plage. Les escaliers sont un peu fatigant avec les enfants mais c'est ce qui fait son charme de maison ancienne.

Nous avons été absolument enchantés par les lieux. une trÚs belle bùtisse dans un cadre magnifique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans cet intérieur décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de simplicité. Accueilli par Océane, une personne trÚs agréable et sociable. La maison est trÚs bien située et trÚs accessible (gars, magasin, restaurant, plage...) ils nous manquait que le soleil pour compléter notre joie. Nous reviendrons. Merci HélÚne et Marc. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Wir können dieses HĂ€uschen nur empfehlen! Helene ist unheimlich nett und hat phantastisch mit uns kommuniziert. Die Übergabe der SchlĂŒssel war total unkompliziert. Wir waren sofort begeistert davon, wie geschmackvoll und liebevoll das Haus eingerichtet ist und haben uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist superzentral in Trouville-sur-Mer. Die Altstadt und der Strand sind wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein perfekter Ort fĂŒr einen Urlaub!!! Merci Helene et Karine!!!

Maison agréable et bien situé

Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien pensĂ© sur 2 Ă©tages, il y’a tout le confort nĂ©cessaire, double vitrage apprĂ©ciable dans les chambres et petite cour sympa. Proche de la boulangerie, du Monoprix et de la mer. Accueil agrĂ©able. Vivement recommandĂ© et il est fort probable que je revienne :)

La maison caractéristique de la région est trÚs bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est trÚs bien située à Trouville. Nous étions deux adultes et deux adolescentes à y séjourner : la surface de la maison est grande ; c'était idéal.
