The rental includes:
- a kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hob, gas, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, American fridge, dishes.
- a large bright dining / living room with air conditioning including a convertible sofa, a coffee table, a low sideboard with three doors and a television.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed, a wardrobe (ironing board + iron), a chest of drawers, a television, two bedside tables.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a television.
Each bedroom has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity sink and a toilet.
- a staircase for access to the green area with kiosk and plancha.
Baby equipment with a travel cot, high chair, changing table with integrated bathtub and chair booster.

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
A tourist tax of 0. 80 € / person / night will have to be paid in addition (only concerns 18 years +).
A deposit check of 300 € will be requested upon arrival.

The property is located 15 minutes from the Thermes de Barbotan, 20 minutes from Mont de Marsan, 30 minutes from the Nogaro racing circuit, 1 hour from the sea, 2 hours from the Pyrenees, the Basque Country and Spain.
