On a 3.5 ha wooded plot, in the middle of the Languedoc vineyards, on the edge of the Domaine du Parc forest, 3 km from the village of Caux and 5 km from the remarkable town of Pézenas, our villa is a haven of peace and tranquility of which the only and nearest neighbor is about 500 m.
The construction which dates from the year 2000 is a single storey unit with 3 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, one with bath, an American kitchen opening onto a large living room, a large shaded terrace in which is installed a covered outdoor kitchen.
The swimming pool is 11 mx 4.5 m, it is completely surrounded by a large 4.5 m wide terrace and has a shelter with bar.
