Village Saint-Julien. 400 m beach. Calm environment. Close to shops (Lidl 200m). New studio 2/4 people under roof, entirely independent accessible by external staircase, on the 1st floor in individual house.
Living room: BZ sofa convertible into sleeping 140, in the living room and mezzanine sleeping 140 (access by miller's ladder).
with fitted kitchen area: fridge, electric hob, microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, TV. DVD player; Bathroom. (Shower + WC).
Electric heating, 2 Bikes available
Private parking at the foot of the studio. Garden area with barbecue and garden furniture. Other photos on request.

Prettig verblijf.

Een studio met alles erop en eraan, dus voor en vakantie kun je daarmee goed uit de voeten. Misschien voor 4 personen iets te klein.

Ce qui m'a un peu moins plus, c'est que je me suis cognée plusieurs fois la tête contre le toit/mur. Et on entend le bruit des voitures si on ouvre la fenêtre. Ce qui m'a bien plu c'est le prêt de vélo et la propreté. De plus, on n'a pas besoin de faire un ménage approfondi en partant.

Conforme à la description. Mériterait un petit rafraîchissement/qq équipements (rideau de douche, kitchenette, petites lampe sur la mezzanine) Génial pour les vélos mis à dispo, afin de découvrir la presqu’île. L’hôte est très arrangeante.

Très bien situé sur Quiberon, proche de la plage et du centre ville, et de la navette pour les bateaux vers Belle-île. Parking accessible dans la propriété. Très fonctionnel, mais gare aux grosses chaleurs !

Un très bon accueil pour ce logement, un peu petit, mais très fonctionnel. Nous n'avons eu qu'a nous plaindre de la très forte chaleur (habituellement rare en Bretagne...) et de nos difficultés à refroidir le logement. En dehors de ça, nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés.
