Sleeps 7: 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 single upstairs + 1 double bed on the mezzanine (open to the living room)
1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. 2 separate toilets.
Equipped kitchen: stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, TV, WIFI…
Very beautiful volumes and a large secure swimming pool.
ideal for families or friends
Garden, house and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of tenants
Quiet area, near the city center, You can reach the village in less than 10 minutes on foot, along a vineyard.
Extra :
- end of stay cleaning (compulsory) = € 100 payable locally
- household linen (optional) = 15 € per person
- tourist taxes = 0.75 € per night and per person
10% reduction from 2 consecutive weeks
