Location
This villa proposed by Antilles Exception is in a very quiet residential area, on the heights of l'Anse à l'Ane at the Trois Ilets on south coast Caribbean of the Martinique. The seaview and the bay of Fort de France is splendid, day and night!
The Anse à l'Ane beach is less than 1km away, but given the slope, you will probably prefer get there by car. The charming littles Anse Noire and Anse Dufour beaches and the large Anses d'Arlets beach are about 3km.
A small supermarket is about 1km from the villa while Pointe du Bout which is the lively and touristic area of Martinique with its shops and restaurants, is 4km away.
The international golf of Martinique is 3km away.

Decorated with care, this villa of 95m ² (+ 45m² terrace) proposed by Antilles Exception is divided over 2 levels.
The upper level includes:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bathroom in the bedroom (bath, sink and WC)
- A mezzanine bedroom with fan and 1 single "extra bed"
The main level includes:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined to create "double bed") and exclusive bathroom
- A very well equipped kitchen
- A separate WC
- A living room opened on the terrace with sofas, coffee table and small TV.
In front of the living room, the partially covered terrace could be your main life place. It has a dining area and outdoor lounge for 4 guests.
You will also enjoy the sunbeds bordering the secured swimming pool.
