"Sea Kissed", Unit X2 at the Cruzan Princesse Condominium. Two bedroom. two bath Caribbean casual seaside condo with a free assigned parking space and galley kitchen. Second floor unit overlooking the Caribbean Sea with private entrance in a small, gated community. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony along the entire oceanfront side of the building with views of Christiansted and Buck Island-- seating to enjoy your coffee and libations. Quiet atmosphere and an easy beach walk to The Palms restaurant and bar. Washer and dryer in unit. Trade winds & ceiling fans keep this unit cool throughout the year. Impact windows/sliding doors and full condo A/C installed recently..
*Booking the same day as check-in or check-out day as others already booked is not possible. Most flights out are late afternoon and as such we allow guests to stay comfortably at the condo until it's time to show up for their flight out. We've found that this greatly reduces the last day stress of a rigid checkout time like 10:00 or 11:00. It may seem like an inconvenience when booking but will be greatly appreciated on your fly out day!

• 2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4 comfortably) & 2 Baths: Master with King sized bed, sliding glass door to balcony & view of Caribbean, large closet, dresser, full tiled bath with walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom with 2 twin beds (or push together for another King sized bed), chest of drawers with smaller tiled bath and shower.
• Living Room furnished with upholstered rattan sofa, loveseat, wing chair; bar with 2 barstools; solid wood dining table with 4 chairs; and entertainment cabinet with internet TV, CD/DVD player, DVDs, Roku, videos and games. Sliding glass door to balcony.
• Internet (ONE Communications, was VIYA)
• Meals: Guests provide their own meals and drinks. Several grocery stores within a short driving distance.
• Galley Kitchen: new refrigerator and stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, basic utensils, pots & pans, dishes & pantry items.
• Ample breeze and ceiling fans keep this unit comfortable. Until recently the association prohibited central air or window units. HOWEVER, IMPACT (HURRICANE) WINDOWS, SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER UNITS RECENTLY INSTALLED.

Sheets, bath towels, paper towels and soap provided.
Guests provide their own toiletries.
Washing Machine & Dryer in condo. Additional coin operated Washers & Dryers on premises
Parking: 1 assigned free space near unit & limited free visitor parking available
Children: Children welcome but parents assume all liability.
No pets.
No smoking.
2nd floor unit no elevator.
Long-term renters (28 days or longer) welcome at 25% reduced rate!
7 -27 day renters to receive 8% per day reduced rent.
Community beach: No lifeguard. Swim at own risk.
Communal Pool: No lifeguard. Swim at own risk. No glass poolside.

“Sea Kissed” is a casual, comfortable oceanfront condominium. It is not a modern luxury hotel suite. It is not quiet when the rain falls heavily or the wind blows hard. Enjoy the Caribbean!

The ocean view can’t be beat. There is beach and a pool. The location offers quick access to Chritiansted as well as many snorkel/dive sites. David was responsive to our questions and helpful in making our stay comfortable.

The host was very attentive to all my inquiries. The location was superb and the view was unbeatable. Love the vintage vibe and it fits with the condo being one building over from a condo owned by Maureen OHara, whose husband was killed in 1978 flying a seaplane from St Croix to St. Thomas. She kept a propeller from a similar plane on her porch and it is located outside of the condo (Z1)

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sea Kissed. It had everything we needed. We appreciated all the extra towels and the washer and dryer came in handy for beach days, which was every day. We also appreciated the keyless entry, no need to worry about losing the key. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Cruzan Princess X2 was an absolute dream stay. Right on the beach with incredible relaxing surf and a private beach vibe, exactly what we were hoping for. The pool was fantastic and a perfect bonus after long days of activities! The location couldn’t be better: close to Christiansted and surrounded by rich history, great food, and plenty to explore, yet still peaceful and uncrowded.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Two bedrooms (a king in the primary and two twins in the second that can be converted to a king), two full bathrooms, a fully apportioned kitchen, mini-split air conditioning units, and a dedicated parking space made everything easy and convenient. We also appreciated having washers and dryers, coffee machines, and so many recreational options nearby.And the host was truly awesome, responsive, kind, and made the entire stay seamless.We highly recommend Cruzan Princess X2 and will absolutely stay here again!I’m sad to say the place was so awesome we took no photos inside! That is simply a sign that it was great!

Awesome Beachfront Experience

The wife and I stayed here with our daughter and granddaughter for a week and were impressed with the location and how well stocked the condo was. We would definitely stay here again. This was our 3rd trip to St. Croix in the last 18 months and loved our stay here. The location is convenient to everything.

Nice quiet place

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Everything we needed was there. Walked the beach every morning and evening. If you have little ones there is a great place down the beach to sit in the water without the waves hitting you. Loved our stay!

Easy checkin.Dave communicated well prior to trip gave us all the important info. Complex is nice with good pool. Right on the beach. Great snorkeling on beach beside the condo. Alot of seaweed on our trip made for tough conditions but must go to Canes Beach to snorkel best I have done and I have been a lot of places. Condo is nice , great for 4. Only recommendation is a larger TV for those rainy days. And there will be rainy days in St. Croix. Great trip would recommend to anyone visiting St. Croix. Good location

Right on the ocean, wake up to the sound of the waves!

Very quiet and extremely well provisioned condo that is minutes from just about anything that you would want to do on St. Croix. Very accessible beaches everywhere and a very nice pool to boot! We were very comfortable during our stay and found ourselves very sad to leave. Communication with the owner was quick, effective and accommodating; you could not ask for anything better!
