Watercrest Condominiums is situated on the Gulf of Mexico's dazzling sugar sand beaches, aptly called the most beautiful beaches in the world. Spend your days relaxing by the surf or at the pool then get ready for a night of family fun at innumerable local restaurants and attractions. This condo has just undergone a complete renovation and we are very excited to share it with you. You will have 1440 sqft of living space which includes a large master bedroom with a king size bed and amazing views through a large sliding glass door and a second bedroom that has two queen beds. Both baths and the kitchen tout granite counter tops, tile flooring, and all new appliances and fixtures. The living room has a very large sliding door set that allows a view of the ocean from every angle in the condo. Truly amazing! Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new including the beautiful entrance with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The Tiki Bar poolside at Watercrest is serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racketball court and exercise room.
Attraction Information:
At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe, Just Jump Tampolene Park, just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. Best balcony in PCB!

The condo was accurate as pictured. Comfy couches, plenty of kitchen supplies and the best balcony on the beach!

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved everything about our stay. Place was perfectly cleaned and maintained, check in was great, and communication was perfect. We loved the the new kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was HUGE! We could have had a dinner party on the balcony if we wanted. lol This condo will be saved for future trips to the beach, it exceeded our expectations to say the least. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect stay with a perfect view of one of the most beautiful oceans in the world. Also just loved the property in general. Security had no problem at all with people enjoying themselves but they didnt let anything get out of hand and made sure everyone was respectful of others. Just another reason this was a perfect choice for a family friendly vacation.

Buyer Beware - Dirty, Dingy, Cheap

The lack of maintenance on this property is clear. Although a cleaning person was sent, she couldn't have even scratched the surface of the cleaning and repair needs. Here were our issues, starting with the worst - backed up master bath sink was so bad, we had to unclog it ourselves in order to use it. Also, the garbage disposal was broken upon arrival, causing the kitchen sink to back up. Other issues - "Starter kit" does not include napkins or tissues, dirty, wet dishes in cabinet upon arrival, trash left on floor, old appliances despite claims of renovation, noisy ceiling fan, dead bugs in shade of ceiling fan, laundry room light not working, wicker furniture on patio dirty, old and dirty pans (made cooking in the condo difficult), chipped paint throughout, cracked floor tile, stained living room furniture, flimsy bedding and mattresses. There are no photos of the master bath on this listing, which I should have caught and I consider this misrepresentation because: Dark and dingy, very old toilet, ceiling tiles stained and outdated, dirty vents, very loud vent, cheap over the door mirror dangling on back of bathroom door by masking tape. A partial refund was offered if we left almost immediately. I would not have been able to leave this review had I taken it, not to mention it would have left my family without a place to stay mid-vacation. I requested a refund of my cleaning fee and was refused. Agent was rude, unapologetic and unappreciative of our business.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and look identical to the photos! Very roomy. Beds were comfortable. Location was great to not be in the busiest part of the city but a very short drive to any places. Host communicated great when needed! Would recommend and stay again!

Another great condo at Watercrest

Came to PCB for a week stay for just me and the husband. W have stayed at Watercrest for years and the complex didn’t disappoint. The condo itself was nicely decorated. There are a few things that need to be fixed such as cabinet doors not closing properly, but they are functional. It’s true there is only one kitchen towel and no pitcher for making drinks but there are plenty of plates and bowls. The appliances all work well. The temperature in all the rooms was comfortable. When we checked in the parking pass and wristbands weren’t there and the kitchen counter wasn’t clean. I contacted the property manager and she can right over and took care of it. I didn’t care for the balcony being set back for the view, but it was more private and made for a great place to take an afternoon nap.
