Property was very nice, we had no parking passes as offered ended up having to pay to park. The frig took more than 24 hrs to get cold. We were very concerned about some foods we had purchased going bad. Other than that everything was great

Good place

A good place. Rooms were clean and neat. I’m not sure carpet for a beach house is a good idea. The TV was difficult to operate, and kept losing the sound. Having a dehumidifier on the kitchen countertop draining into the sink was a surprise. But overall a good stay.

We have stayed at Watercrest before as we enjoy this condo complex. We were dissapointed with how dated everything was in this unit. Most of the furnature was completely worn out. The outdoor furnature was ripped and falling apart. The interior was constantly moist/damp. The carpet felt damp constantly. The unit is pretty dark and lights were either burnt out or missing bulbs. There was also a lack of communication from the management company before our stay and I also messaged them after our stay giving them feedback on the overall condition and dissapointment I had given what I paid to stay there. They never responded. As much as we enjoy Watercrest we will not be staying here or recommend staying in this unit in the future. Very dissapointed!
