Watercrest 1405- Free Beach Chairs!

Watercrest renovations to replace all balcony railings on the beach side will be completed on 2/28/2026. The final phase of painting the front of the building will take place 3/1/2026-5/15/2026. Some parking limitations will occur and during this time guests will only be allowed 2 parking spaces on property.

This newly updated beachfront paradise at Watercrest condominiums will ensure every moment of your stay is one to remember. The master bedroom of Watercrest 1405 features breathtaking gulf views, a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds with access to the units second bathroom. The common area also hosts two fold down futon sofas. Watercrest condominiums is located on Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach, centrally located to many of PCBs best restaurants and numerous attractions!

Watercrest is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Family Spring Break Trip

My family of 6 stayed at this condo and we all enjoyed our trip so much and had such a great vacation! The condo was beautiful and we were all so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach access was amazing and we loved being able to view the beach from our huge patio! Due to the weather, the beach was not as warm, so we decided to use the pool and it was nice to have an alternative for the kids. Nice clean big pool and the water was a nice temperature.

Very clean and nice. Beds super comfortable, futons in the living room comfortable with toppers. Great beach/ocean view from balcony over looking the pool with beach access. If you plan to cook a lot the oven is very slow heating and not a lot cooking utensils/sharp knives. Over all loved this condo!

Clean and Modern

The Watercrest building is in a great location close to Saint Andrews State Park. The elevators in the building are speedy, which is rare. The unit was clean and modern. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the needed equipment for cooking, although there were no staples. The laundry machines were modern and worked great.

Watercrest 1405 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2023.
Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.
The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful beachfront condo offers amazing sunrise views over the Gulf of Mexico and after spending the day on the Beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach you can relax on the balcony as the sunset drops into the ocean just steps away!

The St Andrews State park is just a 3 minute drive and the St Andrews Marina is just a short 5 minute drive. Jet ski rentals, Banana Boat rides and Parasailing are available from the beach kiosk.

Fishing Excursions can be booked from the St Andrews Marina for day trips and overnight trips.

Renting a Pontoon Boat for a family day at Shell Island makes great family memories or you can book a Shell Island Adventure tour at the Marina.

We provide bed linens, bath towels and wash clothes and starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Guest replenish the shampoos, soaps and toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
