The condo was as pictured and was nice and clean. The communication with Brian was excellent!! The parking spot was a bit too small for our vehicle so we had to park in the extra parking area however our daughter was able to park her car in our designated spot. Although the weather was not ideal, we had a wonderful stay!! Just a heads up, there are no luggage carts for loading and unloading, however there was a beach wagon to use.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! The location was perfect, and the entire space was clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Best of all, Brian was incredibly fast to reply and so helpful with our questions. We would definitely book this condo again!

The property was very clean and was as advertised. The host brian was very helpful when I wanted to watch a football game and didn't have the needed app. He took care of remotely and saved the day.

Beautiful condo and the perfect area to walk to ice cream shops, donut shops, restaurants, go carts, golf, and an arcade. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. This was our second time staying in this condo and I could not ask for a better experience.

The Host Brian communicated effectively and the property was taken care of and a wonderful home away from home. Parking place designated was extremely tight for a large SUV but we parked across in overflow and was fine.Right on the beach and not far from any of the happening places!Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

Family Vacation

We always stay at Ocean Reef and this condo is a prime example why. Super clean, in the middle of everything, private beach, and feels like home away from home. Will definitely be staying here again.

This condo is in an ideal location and right on the beach! The views are gorgeous and the beach/pool access is great. I highly recommend this condo. If you’re in PCB just for vacation or for baseball/softball tournaments, you can’t beat this location. Brian was a wonderful host and great to work with too!

What stood out was a very clean and very comfortable condo, well maintained and equipped with anything we needed. We bought groceries and we had everything to cook for our use. Mr. Blair welcomed us always making sure we we ok. He would tell us about restaurants, activities which helped. I would highly recommend this condo. Very clean and the view of the gulf from the balcony and the roaring sound of the wakes was spectacular….
