* Enjoy the cottage chic decor of this beach condo getaway with turquoise blue water and sugar sand beaches! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, upgraded kitchen, living room and dining room with plenty of room to move around. Washer and Dryer are ready for you in the laundry room. Huge 286 sq ft balcony with separate dining table and lounge chairs to relax in the evening. You will even have your own assigned parking spot (only 30 ft from the elevators) in the same building to avoid traffic and walking across the
street.

* The queen bed and bunk bed in the guest room make accommodations for a family very easy. Dresser and LCD TV. Private entrance to guest bathroom with curved shower rod for added room.

* The master suite with king bed has huge 95' tall sliding glass door to wake to the ocean/beach views. Sitting area and LCD TV. Private master bath with curved shower rod for added room.

* Granite and stainless appliance upgrades in the kitchen with dining room seating for 8, plus bar stools at the counter! The living room has a 55 inch LCD TV. Comfy queen size sleeper sofa.

* Complimentary beach chairs! (Seasonal March-October) 2 reserved stationary lounge chairs with cushions and umbrellas, no more carrying chairs to the beach.

* We furnished the entire interior with your comfort in mind, providing upscale bedding, cookware and all the extras we could think of, including:

-WiFi to check emails and search internet
-Plenty of extra storage space for your items from home
-ceiling fans
-100+ cable TV channels
-paper products and dishwasher soap to get you started

* Our unit is on the 16th floor which has easy access to one of the three high-speed elevators and far enough away from any outside noise while providing breathtaking views from the extra wide balcony. The balcony, with its dining room table and comfortable lounge chairs, is one of our favorite spots to enjoy the view.

* We also use a key less entry system for the front door. We will give you a code prior to your arrival, and you won't have to worry about checking in with anyone, keeping up with a key or losing your key

Tropic Winds is one of the newest condominium developments in PCB. Located beachfront on the quiet west end, it is away from major traffic, parties and crowds. However, you are just moments away from great shopping and restaurants at the new Pier Park entertainment destination. Tropic Winds amenities include:
* 330 feet of uncrowded white sand beaches
* indoor/outdoor pool (Heated Seasonally)
* hot tub, steam room, sauna, and exercise room with ocean view
* direct beach access
* beach activity rentals available at beach booth (seasonal)
* night security team (seasonal)

During Spring Break March-April & Peak Summer (Memorial to Labor Day) we offer Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Maximum occupancy is 6 people with the primary renter being not less than 25 years of age. We want all of our guests to have a good time here, however, please remember 1607 is our vacation home as well.

The location is within minutes of lots of food and entertainment options. Plenty of space for a family or two couples. Balcony awesome, view awesome, experience awesome! We visited at the end of October and there were no crowds or long waiting.

My family (husband and three teenagers) had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The location and layout of the condo was perfect. We loved the large balcony and indoor/outdoor pool. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation during our stay at this property. The owner is extremely responsive to any questions or needs and the property itself was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We visited during spring break and beach was never overcrowded. The beach chairs/umbrella/table was a nice bonus not having to lug chairs up and down from the room. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and view!

We had a wonderful time at Tropic Winds. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean! The parking garage is very tight and the spaces are close together. I wouldn't recommend driving a large vehicle.

Great Condo All Around

Perfect location in PCB, close enough to the action, yet out of the chaos of Spring Break. The condo is spotless and very organized. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of bedding and towels. The balcony is very large, like another living space with gorgeous beach views. The complex is very well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. Both gas and charcoal grills are available for use. The beach service was convenient and a nice bonus. This condo will be on our list for future stays!

PCB Florida trip

It was a nice condo. It supplied all our needs. I will say and have heard other complaints that the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and I agree. I woke up with backaches daily. There is a dip on one side and is a very hard mattress. The ceiling fan switch was broken and was on the lowest speed which caused it to be very uncomfortable but we purchased a box fan which did the trick. Overall, it was a pretty nice stay!

Just as you lusted

First walking in it felt like home! Spacey, the bedrooms were inviting. The patio was simply beautiful. Tile on patio gave it a certain flair. Kitchen...i am a cook that travels with major cook ware. I was so in heaven with the kitchen. If i had known this kitchen had the quality of cooking items, i would not have bought mine. I hope everyone that rents the unit take care of the quality items. Fridge made ice! All i can say is WOW, WHAT A UNIT. thanks for the extra parking across the street. We drive a large truck. It was purfect.

Host is very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The condo is great and very spacious. The balcony is huge and awesome to overlook the beach and ocean below. We saw dolphins almost every day we were there. The parking space and easy access to elevator and condo are great!

The previous reviews I read were all fantastic, however no one mentioned that it was in dire need of updating. The bed in the master was old and extremely uncomfortable. The furniture is old and outdated including the uncomfortable furniture on the deck. So for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. Our friends were in another unit 1408 and there’s was nicely decorated and had super plush mattresses.

We are a family of four who love to travel and visit new places. We currently live in South Carolina but are particularly fond of Panama City Beach, the white sand beaches, and Pier Park. We plan our year around our vacations to the beach!

Why they chose this property

During the last 15 years, we have had the opportunity to live in Alabama, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee. While there, we continued to vacation in PCB and fell in love with the beautiful white sand, blue water, and great family fun.

What makes this property unique

You can walk right out to the beach with your morning coffee and enjoy the sun and surf all day long! We really like that Tropic Winds is located on the quiet section of beach but is close enough to restaurants and shopping for easy access. Pier Park is a short drive down the road and the new airport is only minutes away.
