The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, steps away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach. The condo has a comfortable king bed, custom built-in bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa to sleep 6. The unit has high speed Wi-FI, washer, dryer, and 2 bathrooms.

No need to wait 15-30+ minutes for elevators like you need to do on the higher floors or at other properties in Shores of Panama or Panama City Beach. Go down one flight of stairs to go down to the beach or pool area instead of wasting time waiting on an elevator (check the feedback in our reviews). There is even reserved parking on the 2nd floor of the covered garage so you can skip the elevator on the way to and from your car.

Less than 30 down a flight of stairs to the gulf front resort-like pool and spa and beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Free Wifi & Direct TV/cable. The kitchen has all new appliances with a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
